Great software for smaller retailers. We have used for 1 years with only minor issues. Has all the register functions to run our business (bar codes, returns, discounts, split tenders, holds, etc). Back end allows us to manage inventory, ordering and receiving. Good reporting. Responsive support. Highly recommend. Did not give 5 stars because its missing free loyalty program.

I've been using MicroBiz Cloud for 2 years and use it to manage my business. We are a retailer that both carries stock and custom-made orders. MicroBiz manages both types of products well - including the process of dealing with supplier purchase orders, receiving goods, pricing and customer invoicing.

We also have complicated tax rules in our state that MicroBiz manages.

I have found the support to be very helpful, personal and quick to respond.

I definitely feel comfortable recommending MicroBiz Cloud for anyone in my business (stationary and gifts) as well as general retailers.

Really good system. Has helped us streamline many tasks in our store - such as creating purchase orders, receiving shipments, printing bar codes and managing inventory. ALso has lots of features in the POS register. We also like the reporting.

Wanted to give it a 5, but the lack of offline processing and some occasional issues printing bar code labels brings this to a 4 - 4.5.

Good POS for the money. Clean and easy to use design. The management features are well thought out and design to make it easier to run a retail store. We use this to run our POS registers, order goods , receive shipments, manage inventory and market to customers.

Support via chat and emalil is great. Can be tough to reach someone on the phone live.
