OnBoard has made putting the Board packets together a piece of cake! With so many features within the application, meetings are a breeze. From online voting, eSignatures, Zoom integration, and more - it's a superior product. My favorite feature is the approval option. This feature allows you to set up approvals of items such as meeting minutes or policies; it also can be used to electronically sign documents; and create surveys. And, it's all in the one place!

We were able to fully integrate the OnBoard portal into our meeting system to ensure an immediately positive impact to both administrators and users of the system. From an administrators perspective, the ease of use meant that setting up and preparing for meetings was straightforward but most of all, the time saved was significant mainly due to the fact that printed board packs were no longer an issue. Last minute changes to agendas and papers are not an issue, just a quick edit on the portal and everyone is updated straight way.

Its just intuitive, some of our users were always set on paper and were adamant they couldn't be without but they wonder what they did without it. Board packs would take weeks to put together and if there was changes it would be a big job to fix. Now its a few hours max, and we get the info sent securely to our users where before we ran the risk of it being sent by post.
