We signed a contract in 2019 and unfortunately, once they had our money they disapeared. No email, no contact, no answering of phone calls - gone. Stay away from RackFoundry at all costs, they are a scam. Their virtual offices are closed due to non-payment.

As small business it is headache to meet IT compliance to process customer credit cards. Love this product, this product make it easy 123. We generate report every month help us with documentation, software give alert when bad login or somebody trying brute force.

Great experience so far with Rackfoundry! We have a small IT team who have lot of responsibilities, security is a critical role but we lack the manpower to effectively use 10 different tools and the budget to pay for them. TSM helps us collect logs from all assets on our network along with Office 365 and Stackdriver. The security alerts are relevant as well but not overwhelming like other SIEM solutions we tried.

5 months into the contract and we have no working SIEM. We've been through two Account Managers, and countless technicians, and now we can't seem to get anyone to answer our calls or emails. As soon as they were paid, all help vanished.

We purchased this product 6 months ago and have had no communication or work performed. I have nothing other than a voice mail from one of your representatives. Calling me and stating they forgot about me. I would love to share this with your team. Well, if I could get a call back or any communication.

Complete scam. Promise after promise and 8 months later no working software/scans. Promises from “C levels” never met and excuse after excuse. We pointed out things they clearly missed and never acknowledged it but instead said we were expecting too much.. 8 months after the system was supposed to be up and running. Asked for money back and to terminate the relationship and they refused, despite missing every deadline and never withholding any part of their contract. Truly believe they are a scam.

We needed a SIEM solution to help meet compliance requirements and got pretty lucky to get connected to RackFoundry through a mutual friend. Our experience has been great so far: prompt support, friendly UI, and additional useful features such as a VPN and Firewall.
