RepuGen to a large extent changed the way I dealt with my patients. Before RepuGen, I was doing well but had no idea what my patients thought about me. Once I started getting feedbacks, good ones would make me happy, but it's the bad ones that really helped me understand where I am going wrong. Sometimes you don't learn with one bad review, you get similar review with another patient - then subconsciously you correct yourself and that type of bad review slowly goes out. It's been about six months now, and bad reviews have become very very rare. Sometimes complacency sets in, then again you get a bad review - a wake up call. So overall an excellent tool for self regulation. THANK YOU RepuGen ??

Thanks Dr. Kochgaway for your kind comments. We are striving to bridge the gap between the actual patient satisfaction reality and the artificial alternate reality created by a few unhappy patients.
