It is an easy to use system based on regulatory guidelines and serves as the system of record for managing risk.

MERGER & ACQUISITION DUE DILIGENCE - SRA helps acquirers and merger partners with due diligence on prospective partners. The primary focus is on potential losses in loan portfolios, but can also include all other aspects of a bank. Since its founding, SRA has conducted due diligence on over 200 banks across the country. SRA partners bought and integrated over 25 banks prior to joining SRA, and buyers really value that experience in helping them assess a merger candidate.

LOAN REVIEW – SRA provides independent validations of risk ratings of commercial and consumer loans and helps with best practices in credit risk management. SRA’s partners and senior credit people conduct the reviews. They have made and collected almost every kind of loan there is, and can readily determine the proper risk rating for almost any loan.

STRESS TESTS – SRA conducts stress tests which measure the risk to capital on a forward-looking, what-if basis.
