"Reliable and robust staff monitoring solution"

Pros: Clear, concise instructions make it easy to work without conflicting with antivirius
Feature rich. Great for monitoring activities but reporting is also excellent
Easy to mange, monitor and install

Cons: None really. Only thing to consider is that it runs on Linux but this is also a big plus as it works reliably. Works out of the box 2 with the simple install from ISO. Support team is also very helpful if you need it

Overall: Excellent overall product that works better than other products I have used. Easy to rollout and manage

“Very robust software but can be unwieldy ”
Overall: Overall it was a good experience as getting the system running was fairly straight forward if you don't mind referencing the Admin guide. Default options didn't like being changed, but once everything was setup I don't think there has been a single day of downtime since rolling the server out. Reports are great, and the graphical readouts are easy to sum up at a glance.
Pros: The cost to functionality is great, it will capture keystrokes, device plug in, files printed, and you can create activity categories to make addressing time wasters much simpler.
Cons: The setup is, involved. If you have never setup a linux distro then you will have some problems. If you are used to a Windows setup then this will be a learning experience. The menus in the web portal also takes some getting used to as there are alot of options to filter and keep track of activities.
