I signed up for Thexyz this summer and have been amazed at the breadth of clever features and refinement built into the product. Embarrassingly I've amassed nearly half a million emails across various accounts over the years, importing it all to Thexyz was a snap, but even more impressive has been the speed and pleasantness of the interface. Pairing Thexyz with the GroupList service means I'm finally getting my unruly inbox tamed. Yippee!

I was looking for an email service to migrate to from GMail. My main requirements were:

- based in a country with strong privacy laws
- supports custom domain
- 2FA using WebAuth

Thexyz was the only option I could find that satisfies these requirements. So I went for it, and so far I'm happy with it.

My experience with Thexyz has been fantastic. I left GSuite Legacy when Google sunset the free program. Thexyz has met and exceeded everything I needed in a new provider, including security, privacy, a robust feature set, easy migration from GSuite. I love some of the value-add features, such as aliases, multiple domains, and choosing between folders. Their support has been responsive and helpful, and so far reliability is perfect. If I had one slight negative: the webmail and mobile UI/UX seems outdated, and isn't quite up-to-par with some of the modern alternatives, but it works just fine and doesn't get in the way.
All in all I couldn't be happier, highly recommended!

I have been using Thexyz for several years now. It stops spam at the door. No ads either.
Over the years I've had a few little issues and customer service has been available, helpful and prompt in fixing the issues. It's rare these days to find good customer service so Thexyz definitely stands out. I recommend it, well worth the small yearly payment.

Setting up a family domain with four users was pretty straight-forward as was importing email from my previous server. The apps work well and features such as filtering messages, masking (temporary addresses), aliases, etc are really useful. You get lots of storage for the price. If I had any criticism it would be that the UI needs optimization in places but these are minor niggles, it's still five stars.

I've use a large number of email providers over many years, but in my view none of them compare with Thexyz for reliability, innovation, and ease of use. I think it's an absolutely awesome product. Thexyz provides direct support if one reaches out and I always feel secure and protected with this email service.

I've had my biz email through GoDaddy (as part of their web hosting service) for about ten years or so. They recently decided to end their webmail service, and pushed everybody to Office365, which of course is an additional charge. I've had it "up to here" with Microsoft so I decided to look for another webmail service. I did a bunch of searches and (oddly) I found Thexyz in a comment that somebody wrote in reviews of another service. He said that he'd been using their webmail for years, and found their customer service top notch. I sent an inquiry through their website, and got a reply pretty fast. I had a couple of rounds of follow up questions, all of which were answered quickly and professionally. After signing up, I had concerns about migrating my email away from GoDaddy/Office365, so asked for their assistance with the process. Perry (the head honcho, no less!) called me and helped me through the process from his end, and the migration was completed painlessly. When trying to set up my mobile phone to receive/sync I ran into issues, sent a note, and Ryan replied quickly, and pointed me to a page in their website about setting things up. Success! From initial inquiry to responding to requests for help, both Perry and Ryan were terrific. Major kudos to both of them, and so far so good with the webmail. Two thumbs up, and a hearty recommendation to Thexyz for anybody reading this.

The go-to host for secure, private, practical email/calendar/contact hosting especially for group/family accounts. Share contacts and calendars and email aliases with the family but still enjoy private email and contacts. Ideal solution for modern family not willing to let global corporations mine your private data. We've been subscribed for private email hosting services since more than 10 years.

I've been using Thexyz for almost three years now. For a very reasonable price I got private and safe synchronisation of my email and calendar across devices. The customer support is excellent. Most of the limitations I found when using the product have to do with factors external to the provider, such as my Ethernet firewall at work not admitting an active sync account, or the fact that I had to buy a third-party application if I didn't want to use the Gmail app in my phone. Even that problem got solved recently by Thexyz, since they developed a simple but useful Android app. I am a super happy user and strongly recommend the service!
