The team at VirtualPBX are wonderful people-people, not just some help desk. It is hard to find such a committed team these days, specially in this highly competitive, cost-conscious PBX market. I would strongly recommend virtual PBX to ANY startup - their services are much much cheaper and come with high level of service commitment, as part of your in-house team. When our small business outgrew something like Google Voice, we needed something that had robust calling features that matched our business model.
