Tuesday, April 19, 2016 #46183 Vicky Shaw from White Rose Dyslexia Centre We have used this company for 6 years to host our website and emails. Have had the occasional problem, which have generally been resolved , but customer service always extremely poor. However, now our website has been down for almost a week with emails rarely working. Apparently they have a server issue. We have submitted 'ticket after ticket' with promises that it has been or will be resolved. Still not sorted, we are losing business on a daily basis and it is impossible to speak with anyone in person on the telephone. Great company - unless there is a problem. We are now faced with having to transfer to another website host urgently as they don't seem to have the expertise to back up the promises they make. Did you find this review helpful?
