It helps us to listen to our customers and prospects across social media. We get real-time information on what people are talking about our brand. That’s a fantastic tool, which informs our Customer success team about mentions that required reply directly in the CRM. Thus, we can provide a fast response when it's critical. Other than that we use YouScan to keep an eye on brand sentiment and get insights for our marketing. I cannot imagine how we could work efficiently without social insights we have with YouScan.
