Novo is value for money. We've been using it as an internal helpdesk tool for our consultants and also for our production support service line for our clients to submit helpdesk requests. There is some functionality desired that's not available, but for the price and simplicity of the tool, it has been very satisfying. Also, Novo comes with upgrades and enhancements where they try to accomodate functionality requests from clients which is definitely appreciated. The customer service I get from Brian Lu and Clark Tannner has been excellent and are always happy to help when needed.
