“The best VoIP phone system for small businesses”
Overall: We had a customer that had 3 different companies within the walls of the building. We were able to configure each company separately so that their rules, hours, and each had different SIP providers that needed to be configured up properly. Each had their own digital assistant and the system setup took only a few hours to complete with all the complexity that was involved. Technical support was outstanding in assisting with the troubleshooting and setup.

“Serves small businesses very well for free.”
Overall: In my opinion, it is a very good tool and hardly ever had problems, because the tool is very stable and with a very good usability, serving very well small businesses.

“3CX Review”
Overall: Overall, if you are looking for an extremely intuitive, inexpensive phone system solution 3CX is what you need. Their support is top-notch and the phone system itself is very easy to manage.

“My company's go to software for office meetings and interviews”
Overall: The first time I used and heard about this software was last year when I was interviewed for a job where I currently work. We use this for our everyday meetings as we are working from home now. We also use it to interview new candidates.
Pros: Very intuitive and easy to use user interface. Call and video quality are excellent. Quite easy to navigate through the settings. We use weblinks and don't have to install anything on the device.
Cons: I don't like the fact that the chat window shows you text "I Like it" beside your like emoji whenever you send a like.

“Very versatile”
Pros: Due to how easy the setup is , 3CX helps tremendously with reaching customers when working from home .You can organize your calling lists in whatever way you want ( we usually get them pre-organized by management ) . The call options save on lot of the expenses ,related to international calls .
Cons: The call logs are hard to navigate and it can be hard to find what you are looking for when it comes to previous call history.

Overall: 3CX is used on both phones and pc which means a user can have it on the move or in a specific working area. The software has a lot features in one place that assist in communication.

“Best for Work From Home”
Overall: We needed our staff to be able to call clients and donors safely when they are working from home and we don't want them to use their personal numbers so this was a great option

“A really handy program ”
Pros: I can use the program to handle most of my customer interaction .The calling lists it creates are concise and easy to go through . The added ability to send texts really helps me finish my work quicker. There is a free version that also works like a charm.
Cons: 3CX is not really customizable ,you work with what you get. It was also complicated to integrate with our already existing CRM .

Overall: we have deployed this system at the beginning of the lockdown and it is really great to have your work extension available on your laptop and your mobile .
Pros: It is a very important software that all companies must have, it makes your life easier where you don't miss any important call if you are out of the office and you can always make calls from your mobile.
Cons: sometimes the keypad doesn't work correctly if you are calling an extension , for some reason you can't dial an extension.
