We have been using AlphaRacks for over 3 years, and while they are not perfect, they have certainly overdelivered and exceeded our expectations. We have used over 6 different hosting companies before AlphaRacks, and all of them were not only more expensive but more problematic. AlphaRacks has been a breath of fresh air in comparison and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, yet affordable hosting service. What we really enjoy most is the assurance of knowing someone is always there on the other line - I've submitted tickets at 5 AM before and received responses in minutes.

Horrible company. Do not use. They just want to catch you with 'cheap' offers. After that you find oversold servers, horrible customer service and they'll keep charging your credit card even if you cancel. Keep away from this company.
