Overall: Cin7 helps and still getting my inventory, orders, client organized and easy to access in one place

Pros: Easy to use, different features, efficient, possibility of customization

Cons: The part I didn't like is to pay $3 to 4$ per $1000 to send client a link to pay. You guys should have your own merchant to process credit card like square.com and they charge about 2.5% to 3% as process fees. just suggestion!

A must have inventory management solution of small and medium sized company

Prossimple to use inventory control and management solution. manages purchase order. Its also has reorder feature which makes life simple. inventory tracking is real time and has both desktop and mobile app support, when you are on the go you still have complete control
Consits not simple to use in the starting you have to spend some hours getting used to the system and understanding. once you get a hang of it. its smooth and easy

Review Title:
Moved from Unleashed to cin7 which the onboarding was good, albeit being given 1 consultant who quit.

Pros:
CRM is easy to use and has plenty of room for additional email addresses. We also like quote management is easy to use. Allows full accountability for staff who have quotes pending and expired.

Cons:
More settings access for admins, sometimes you have to escalate minor things to the support team which I could have fixed or changed. Unfortunately they moved pricing increasing it by 40% half way through the year, for a small business <5 users its not easy to absorb

Pros: "we love this product we haven't had any issues so far. its functionality is great, easy to use, easy to learn, organizes your stock and less paperwork".

Cons: we are very happy with this product so far no major cons customization would be one of my week points

Incredible software. True game changer for our business.

Pros: Ease of use and accurate reporting. We have multiple user and all have had very positive things to say about Cin7 we use it for -Forecasting reports
-More purchasing reports
-Maintenance reports, to ensure your data is all accurate e.g. Shopify mapping discrepancies, Products with no costs etc.
-Credit Notes
-Xero integration
-Quotes
-Many many many other uses for this software.

Cons: So far all good no cons there's nothing our team doesn't like about cin7. It hasnt been a full year of use so perhaps we will have something else. No cons no cons no cons. Fantastic support through the on-boarding process.

Pros: "Fantastic support through the on-boarding process. Easy to use and great help articles to assist with processes and tasks."

Cons: Getting caught up with all of the different features that the solution has to offer has me looking at the computer screen for far too long analysing inventory data.

Cin7 has been a great program so far, easy to use with many great features.

A better idea of profitability and a more accurate stock count. The reports are also great features as well as the integration to quickbooks.

Its user friendly, has many reporting options, integrates with quickbooks and gives us more accurate idea of our cost and profitability. We even had some unique features we needed integrated within Quickbooks and they were able to respond quickly and add those features specific to us.

I wish stock was more virtual. We purchase cases but sell by each and case; I wish I didn't have to disassemble the cases and it did it automatically as needed.

In December and into the New Year we transitioned all our back-end systems over to Cin-7. Although we experienced the expected teething issues and frustrations when integrating onto a new system, we love what Cin-7 can offer us. In terms of stock management, reporting systems, user friendliness, etc. it gives us a broader, more precise system that has expanded our daily capabilities.
As my colleague and I were not experienced with system changeover we loved the support we were initially offered to get the program live, but felt we needed more support to discuss the issues we were having once live.

We transitioned to CIN7 in December and are fully using this system now. We love the integration between detailed reporting and connection of our EDI/API's. Since we deal with Northern & Southern Hemisphere customers this has really helped keep efficiency within our business and allowing our small team to have time to focus on the things that matter not just administration. It is very easy to use and such an easy workflow.
Although there were quite a few teething issues & regular bugs which is understandable, the process of on boarding could be further outlined in a little more detail- would be my only recommendation.
We can't wait to see what other great integrations that will be added!

Good product!
Cin 7 is a very powerful inventory management system, it never fails to provide timely and accurate inventory information for our company. The modules are user friendly and the reports are really good tools for data analytics.

In addition, the customer service team is very supportive ,whenever I have any doubt about the system I would always submitted the tickets and got useful feedback very soon.

Good product I highly recommend it.
