The sales automation bots by Cin7 are SO AMAZING. Our customers get automatic order confirmation emails with tracking numbers, order details, and a link to pay right there in the email. This is helping us save time internally, as well as solving customer service tickets before they ever come up. After 3 months of onboarding and careful workflow construction with Gavin,
we have launched and are loving the software. The multi-level look we get
at our inventory is phenomenal. Not to mention, our B2B customers have
their own portal to shop, and WooCommerce integrates seamlessly as our
online shopping portal.

Cin7 have by far the best software support I have come across to date.
Dhruv and Varun have been very fast to help with all of my queries and
always organise calls to talk things through instead of doing things
through message or email. I couldn't be happier with the onboarding process

After using several other inventory software programs. and being unhappy
with their back traceability, high cost, and how not user-friendly the
software interface is. We finally found Cin7 from the recommendation of
another business using Cin7. Not only can I track inventory with batch
numbers it also has CRM capabilities. The reports are easy to use and
modify. Information flowing back to QuickBooks is easy to control.

Pros: I switched and so far am enjoying the reporting - basically you can customize your reports to whatever information that you need. I am still working on setting up a great CRM details, but other than that the QBO integration is great as well.
Cons: My sizing for shoes are 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5 and all the half sizes end up being at the end of the list when creating orders - they do not stay in numerical order. Cant just easily click the stock and change the number, you have to export and then import. It is not too tedious but i would like to be able to just edit stock easily if i see one error in one shoe a certain day.

Reasons for Switching to Cin7: Stitch labs 1. did not sync back and forth with QBO much 2. reporting - there were no reports that could show stock OH, incoming, and available per warehouse - which was essential for us 3. Stitch does not capable of bar coding
Comments (Benefits): I had to sign on when we were not busy during COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, i was not able to take advantage of the first month set up as much, since no orders were coming in. However, once i was full time (this week only) i had a lot of questions that were all answered by email quickly.

Pros: Great customer support, the implementation team took good care of us and answered our questions quickly and efficiently. They were patient and gave clear explanations.
Cons: The fact that Cin7 does not show separately the two taxes that we have in Quebec (province of Canada) on the sales order screen.

Pros: The biggest impact CIN7 has delivered is a platform that integrates production, inventory, purchasing, customer orders to payments and provides visibility to all. Its fairly intuitive to use once you get your head around the statuses and stages and what drives what. Products and BOMs are easy to add and modify. Production orders easy to raise.
Cons: The hardest part is the integrations with other platforms.... Woocommerce, Shipit, Xero.... this requires a fair bit of detailed thinking and discussions with these other platform vendors to achive the connectivity functionality.
Comments (Benefits): Slow and steady build to launch followed by a boots and all go live with a rapid learning curve! Great customer support from CIN7's integration consultant, thanks Frankie.

Overall: From the onboarding process to our current operations, I have been extremely pleased with the Cin7 Enterprise Support. My On-Boarding specialist walked me through the process quickly and accurately. I have had 2 account representatives and both are smart and responsive. My current representative, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is absolutely OUTSTANDING. As long as she is on my account, I will NOT consider moving to other software solutions. We are a small business and each of us are multitasking. We do not have time to become experts on any one system. We must have effective and efficient customer support and we have that with Cin7.
Pros: The software has all of the functionality we need for a growing retail business. The best thing about Cin7 is my account representative [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I have 35 years of experience with installing, managing, and supporting large telecommunications networks; both in the US Army and in the US commercial sector. Without a doubt, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the best account representative I have experienced in my career. She is bright, proactive, responsive, professional, and solves challenges rapidly. If I could, I would hire [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] join my team in Beaumont, TX. She is hands down the best.
Cons: I would like to see the following automated capabilities. 1. Pre-Order, Back Order, and Split order capabilities. With an automated back order capability, with automated email notifications to customers, we would make more sales. 2. Integrate with BigCommerce's gift wrap option to print "Gift Wrap" on invoices. This will allow our fulfillment team to know when the customer purchases gift wrap.

I've had some incredibly positive experiences with the Support team - our Implementation Specialist, was phenomenal and really made the transition from our old system to Cin7 extremely smooth for us. He was able to explain things in plain English to us, and I always felt that he 'understood' what we needed. Our post-live onboarding specialist has also been wonderful, very responsive and so helpful. It's great that I get the same support specialist to work with - someone who understands our business and what we're after. We've recently had Deeva help us out on our account as well, and she has been so prompt to attend to my queries, and when I needed some urgent assistance, we turned it around extremely quickly, and exactly to my specifications. I could not be happier!

We are relatively new to CIN7, but are already having a very tough time with the software. Support tickets take forever and do not get anywhere. Lots were promised to us during our demo period, but we still can't get the software to integrate to most of our external software.

Amazing software with so much Potential and Flexibility!! Cin7 has been extremely beneficial in enabling us to create more streamlined and seamless processes within our business. I love the software. Perfect for what we are doing.

We are a small furniture business with a main store location, a warehouse location, and an online presence.
This software does it all and the xero connection is great.

It does not sync all of your outstanding items daily, instead there is a dashboard that shows all of the outstanding items and you can pick and choose which ones you'd like to sync over. This helps with organization and workflow.

My previous inventory system synced daily, but synced everything and thus caused issues when I needed to change something or make a fix. I would have to go back and delete the payment on xero then go back and make the change on the inventory software and then resync. It was a nightmare.

The one issue w/ cin7 as a US customer, the customer support is strong but slow and delayed. They usually get back to me quickly, but there is no live support, as they are based out of Australia I think.

Pros: We were primarily looking for a Cloud Based system. As our staff range in age, we needed the POS to be easy to use.
Cons: Initially we had issues with the setup of the system and understanding the POS but with training, this has been improved.

Rep has been available to resolve issues and any and all tweaking is possible to do with ease with him. I also want to appreciate the ability to make minor changes in the system software to suit our individual needs. This was possible by Rep and the way he did quickly is commendable.

Pros: I am so glad I chose to implement the Cin7 system. We spoke with several companies and scrutinized many reviews on multiple platforms. Cin7 met the mark on each criteria. Our implementer, Rep, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He was very specific with each task that needed completed and was very flexible with our on boarding calls. We spoke on a weekly basis while the system was being built. There have been several questions as we've begun using the system and the help videos have been tremendous! Would highly recommend rep and the Cin7 system!
Cons: To properly load all the information there were several required spreadsheets. Would have been nice to have all the information in one place as opposed to multiple documents.
Comments (Benefits):
Wonderful onboard and implementation experience. The system flows smoothly and connects all our third party systems.

Overall: Cin7 helps and still getting my inventory, orders, client organized and easy to access in one place

Pros: Easy to use, different features, efficient, possibility of customization

Cons: The part I didn't like is to pay $3 to 4$ per $1000 to send client a link to pay. You guys should have your own merchant to process credit card like square.com and they charge about 2.5% to 3% as process fees. just suggestion!

We operate a small to medium size business in Samoa and made the bold move to embrace technology by integrating a cloud based inventory management/POS system compatible to our Xero accounting system. We were interested in a system that was straight forward and could offer us the back-up support and Cin7 delivered.

Our experience with the Cin7 onboarding was mostly a positive one. We were assigned a Project Manager, Marilyn Oldham (NZ), for the onboarding phase and she took us through the process step by step through weekly scheduled video conferencing/screen share sessions. We did encounter some issues in the response time and delayed level of urgency received in addressing some of our issues as these had to go through another team for solutions which all got sorted in the end.
Despite this, the feature that will assist our business and add the most value is the inventory management system which has helped us track and manage our inventory better. The system is also user-friendly and easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.
All in all, we would recommend Cin7 and found Marilyn to be very helpful.

Cin7 has revolutionized my small business! I find I am able to download reports and execute within the system the same or comparable functions as some of my large business counter parts, mainly the whole sales function. The excel spread sheet is eliminated in the inventory and pick & pack feature has drastically diminished human error in wrote items in the shipping process. I am grateful for this system. Thank you!

Cin7 has revolutionized my small business! I find I am able to download reports and execute within the system the same or comparable functions as some of my large business counter parts, mainly the whole sales function. Overall: I've had some incredibly positive experiences with the Support team - our Implementation Specialist, was phenomenal and really made the transition from our old system to Cin7 extremely smooth for us. He was able to explain things in plain English to us, and I always felt that he 'understood' what we needed. Our post-live onboarding specialist has also been wonderful, very responsive and so helpful. It's great that I get the same support specialist to work with - someone who understands our business and what we're after. We've recently had executive help us out on our account as well, and she has been so prompt to attend to my queries, and when I needed some urgent assistance, we turned it around extremely quickly, and exactly to my specifications. I could not be happier!
Pros: It's easy to use, very beginner friendly. Love that it is all available online - I can work from home or from work, or even on the go! It's also significantly cheaper that our old system, and Cin7 integrates with a lot more apps!
Cons: The Warehouse Management System is extremely lacking at this stage, which is a problem because we move stock around frequently, being a low-volume, fast-moving retailer.

We pay for premium support, which I utterly recommend, especially when you are fine tuning the set up of Cin7.
Occasionally the support staff seem overwhelmed, as you'd expect from a growing SAAS company, but on the whole they are responsive and come up with great solutions.
The software works well, and importantly, is flexible enough so that as the business grows, Cin7 will be able to grow with the company.. Pros: Cin7 offers great flexibility - we use it for a multi channel retail operation, with online, retail and wholesale requirements.
The support staff are responsive and you feel that you are working with a company that are growing and trying to create the best product for your needs.. Cons: The implementation process leaves you a bit in the dark - I'd recommend a consultant with experience in your area, to ensure that the way you implement the software is the best fit for you operation.

Our experience was fantastic throughout implementation.. Pros: I liked the fact that the software took into account the entire retail & manufacturing environment. It's ability to integrate into any outside software package and it is a cloud based system. Soup to nuts. In addition the Cin7 understanding and support was top notch.. Cons: In the end, no accounting module built in.

The overall experience with Cin7 has been very positive. The installation and support team have been extremely helpful and the software so far has really changed the way in which we do things as a business.. Pros: It is very easy to use and allows us to work efficiently. Previously, we had to do a lot of manual work but Cin7 has everything we need to quickly dispatch orders and pull reports.. Cons: We don't have anything negative to say about the product.

Excellent since we have started using this more for sales and inventory management. . Pros: We can track our inventory as well as sales to make sure that we have inventory on hand at all times when needed. . Cons: Nothing that we can think of. As a retailer, this is an excellent program to track all of our inventory as well as sales.

The representative was our onboarder. She was with us every step of the way.
Whilst it took time to complete the on-boarding due to the complexity of the setup, there wasn't a problem or issue that couldn't be resolved. She was very helpful and I am grateful that I got to work with her.
. Pros: This software allows customisation depending on your business workflow. With 2 different brands, beauty's got soul and Soul Baby Gifts. We have slightly different set-ups for the varied nature of each business.
It feels intuitive. It is easy to use. It saves time and money.
We now have 2 Cin7 files that are humming!. Cons: The image quality that imports into magento is not good enough to use.

Pros: Cin7 has tonnes of features, may of which other softwares lack. It's been fit for purpose and we're not looking to go back any time soon.. Cons: Not very intuitive or easy to use, training new starters on Cin7 takes a little longer than it ought to but that's ok.

Fantastic!. Pros: What a fabulous Company. Powerful product that is extremely customizable for your business, and account support is off the CHAIN. Extremely responsive--I thought the support would taper off once we bought the suite, but they are just as on the ball a few months in. Highly recommended.. Cons: Wish it had an option for demand forecasting.

So far the experience with the software is great. Works fine and made profitable decisions based on the data provided by the software. . Pros: Cin7 is providing entrepreneurs with the ability to reduce time spent on administrative tasks such as inventory management. It provides sophisticated data when making crucial business decisions. Software is supported on all major pc systems. Good for small scale to large scale businesses. . Cons: The software has few bugs. Needs regular maintenance and update of the software to keep them away. Customer care system can be developed.

Pros: Cin7 is the best inventory management software for apparel industry i come up with. It identifies the customer requirements and provides a comprehensive platform with lot of features. With Cin7, managing of retail stores and warehouse is very easy. The system is very reliable. . Cons: More integrations would be great. Importing data from other software is not supported. It would be great if they can allow converting data from different sources of applications to one Cin7 file.

This is a good fit for the business.. Pros: Cin7 have by far the best software support I have come across to date. Reps have been very fast to help with all of my queries and always organise calls to talk things through instead of doing things through message or email. I couldn't be more happy with the onboarding process of Cin7.. Cons: My only two critiques would be that I cannot change the colour of the pay now button when invoicing (As orange isn't part of our brand). My second one would also be tier pricing. We do photo printing and the more they print the less it costs. It would be cool for me to just put in the quantity and it automatically put in the per unit price

. Pros: Id just like to let you know how we have found the integration journey across from MYOB to Cin7.

We probably couldn't have chosen a more busier time of the year to change our accounting system, however we were concerned that today is the best time to plant a tree, so we decided to start right away and work through it the best we can.

Expecting many disruptions and headaches as we migrated over, we are please to advise we have found this journey surprisingly seamless, and the support from the Cin7 team has been very helpful. We are only in the first few weeks of Cin7 so a lot to still learn, however we can always ask the technical team and they are willing to come back with a solution, backed with videos so we can train other staff members too which is excellent.

So overall this far we can say it's been a great experience. We are looking forward to getting more from Cin7 in the way of inventory management as this was the main reason for us choosing this system.. Cons: Overall this far we can say it's been a great experience.

We purchased Cin7 for our production and fulfillment facility and it has been an excellent tool for not only inventory tracking, but their virtual stock feature has been a life saver! Virtual stock from Cin7 looks at the ingredients sitting in our warehouse and tells me automatically how much of a particular product we can create without distracting the production team with accounting questions. We private label for multiple clients and then offer individual customer fulfillment in addition to manufacturing. I am someone with zero experience in mapping these sorts of programs, but one of the rep has been great as our client manager. He is incredibly helpful even after our initial training phase and has, on many occasions, walked us through various integrations. I can provide our clients with excellent service and accurate projections because of this. All of our meetings took place on our schedule and although my company and his are worlds away, he made himself available to us when we needed him. This is now running seamlessly and even though live assistance is over, he is really great at answering any questions we have and helping us with the little adjustments as we move forward. We are obviously very excited about this software and grateful to our client manager for all the assistance he provides.. Pros: Virtual Stock

Overall this program is easy to use, you have a great video library of 'how do's", the one-on-one training is very helpful. It is great that I can get so many things customized and it seems like there is no issues with anything that I ask for.. Pros: REPORTS
Something that is very important in regards to stock and inventory is the Barcode/SKU as this is the one common thing that runs through all API, integrations etc. in my opinion these so these should be available for every report. That way I can run different reports and pull the data together using vlookup barcodes(SKU's).

When a company looks at inventory as a whole, these are the following things that I can look at a know, SOH, Landed value, Retail Value, Wholesale value of the SOH. SOH should not include any inventory that has been pre-sold. It should only include inventory that is available to sell now.

The cost for Cin7 is much less than other comparable software. And the customer's service has been outstanding. I would recommend Cin7 to any company looking for trackability of food products.. Pros: After using several other inventory software programs. and being unhappy with their back traceability, high cost, and how not user-friendly the software interface is. We finally found Cin7 from the recommendation of another business using Cin7. Not only can I track inventory with batch numbers it also has CRM capabilities. The reports are easy to use and modify. Information flowing back to QuickBooks is easy to control.. Cons: N/A

We have been testing the manual with people who have not trained on Cin7 to ensure in the future, any one of our employees could pick it up and figure out how to do something in the POS system. . Pros: I would like to start out by thanking you for all your time and patience as we processed thru the training and going live with Cin 7. I feel the product is very user friendly on the front end as well as the back end. I have been working on putting together a manual for quick reference and really appreciate all the help from the HELP tab. We have been testing the manual with people who have not trained on Cin7 to ensure in the future, anyone of our employees could pick it up and figure out how to do something in the POS system.

We will be doing year end inventory mid December and I am excited to see how that goes.

Pros: We have been with CIN7 since June this year. We have had fantastic support to assist with working the programme. It has assisted us greatly with stock control & purchasing.
Overall very happy we decided to go forward with CIN7. Looking forward to see CIN7 grow. Cheers. Cons: We have had a few issue's with stock locations etc, but the team support at CIN7 fixed issue's quickly and efficiently. It works very well with xero and it is a absolute ease to work with this product.

I am very happy with my overall experience with Cin7. I have been able to track inventory from multiple locations, integrate my accounting software and integrate a vendor EDI system to the software.. Pros: The Cin7 staff and customer service really stand out. The customer representative has been an incredible help in providing one-on-one guidance and direction in integrating the software with all of our platforms.
The sophistication of the software is impressive as is the ability to deal with multiple locations, regions, pricing, fulfillment centers as well as its B2B platform. I would highly recommend the software and staff.. Cons: Nothing to note the software is very sophisticated so takes some time to set up

Sri has been an integral part of picking up the many pieces that we were unsure about and him fixed and helping us through the stages. . Support is effective, but I recommend using videos to describe any issues that are complex
We have been assigned an exceptional support member from Cin7. Customer rep. has been extremely helpful in resolving our integration issues and customization needs. He is very bright and able to assimilate lots of information quickly to understand an issue and work with his Cin7 colleagues to find the best resolutions. He also has excellent follow-through. My advice is to ask for him.. Pros: We've been utilizing Cin7 for about 9 months. We integrated the Cin7 for our business during Q1 2018. We have found the Cin7 platform to be robust, and the customizations they provide to accommodate specific business needs have been very important towards running our operation effectively and efficiently.
In summary:
Robust platform for a small to mid-size business
Inventory management capabilities are strong
Sales Order and Purchase Order functionality is solid
Reporting capability has improved with more features and functions this year.. Cons: There is a cope for improvement as it ages.

The processing of inwards and dispatch has improves considerably using the Pick n pack feature.. Pros: What I like most about this software is how easy it is to use, training staff is much easier and has seen benefits in a reduction of hours spent on training. Because of how easier it is there is less incidents of issues or data been input incorrectly.. Cons: The feature I like least about CIN7 is not being able to have Phone Numbers or contact number as a coloumn in the CRM

Cin7 team offered us a great support during training period. They provided live training sessions to teach us almost all aspects of the system, i.e. product input as a brand new business, stock management and sales. We are able to get on hold of supporting staff via phone or email, and solve the problem on the spot. Even though the training period finishes, there is technical team follow up with us. I am sure they will also be very helpful.
We definitely recommend any other businesses to choose Cin 7, as it is a comprehensive system caters many different uses, along with strong support from dedicated team member. . Pros: It is a great system for our kitchen and bathroom retail business. The system provides detailed product management, stock control and comprehensive sales management. The system are able to perform the most of all our requirements. . Cons: Nothing in specific.

We have been using Cin7 for a few months now and we have overall been pleased with the software. The Cin7 team did an excellent job getting us up and running. Customer support has been pleasant to work with and they are always responsive when we have questions on run into problems. I would recommend this product and their staff if you are in need of inventory software.

Cin7 is an excellent inventory system, we investigated about 10-20 different top ERP solutions with our extensive requirements list (bill of materials and scanning were some of the features that were difficult to find natively supported in a lot of the offerings out there). Many of the systems that we investigated were like a mirage in the desert. They looked great and advertised great features, but once you got into them, it was like getting to the mirage and finding there was no water there. The software packages would either not be capable of what we needed them to do, or the price became so high that it would put our business under.
Cin7 was like a tall glass of refreshing water in the Sahara Desert. After many long hours of wandering in the desert, we finally found this great inventory system, which natively has all of the features we were looking for at a price that is very reasonable for our mid-sized business. So, if you want to keep your camels watered (or your employees/and overall business happy); I recommend Cin7, where you will get to the water and not find yourself still thirsty in the desert, having only seen a mirage.
. Pros: The greatest features of Cin7 are the search-ability everywhere within the system, back-end stability, existing integrations, and the great visibility and flow of the system as orders go through it. We were also very impressed with the concept of virtual stock through existing materials and bill of materials.. Cons: We had a little trouble with the importing of data as there were some nuances, however the on-boarding process helped us to resolve them so it was not a big deal.

Pros: The Cin7 inventory management system is a great software that has helped our small business wrap our arms around how to properly manage our inventory levels, while also gaining visibility to items that are low in stock. Cin7 has BOM tracking capabilities which is one of the main reasons why we chose this company/software as our inventory management system. Although we had to do quite a bit of customization in order to get the final product to work efficiently and functionally, the Cin7 team members were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout each phase of the integration and launch. Each team member was knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to help out in any way that they could. I would highly recommend using this company/software for any size business that is looking for a simplistic way to manage their inventory complexities between multiple platforms. . Cons: I do not have anything bad to say about the software as it fulfilled a significant need with our business

My experience with CIN7 has been great from the moment i inquired to when I began to use it and the ongoing support i am receiving continues to be first class.

Vey happy with the change we've made.. Pros: This software is easy to understand, teach others and use.

The support is great and efficient aswell.. Cons: I can't say there is anything i have found that i don't like as yet, there's always a settling period with a new system, but i have found the transition really easy.

Incredible software. True game changer for our business.

-Maintenance reports, to ensure your data is all accurate e.g. Shopify mapping discrepancies, Products with no costs etc.

Our old software was much more difficult to learn and didn't offer nearly as much information.. Cons: Creating backorder's could be sped up. Seems to be too many steps in order to create a sales order backorder.

Cin7 has been a great program so far, easy to use with many great features.

A better idea of profitability and a more accurate stock count. The reports are also great features as well as the integration to quickbooks.

Its user friendly, has many reporting options, integrates with quickbooks and gives us more accurate idea of our cost and profitability. We even had some unique features we needed integrated within Quickbooks and they were able to respond quickly and add those features specific to us.

I wish stock was more virtual. We purchase cases but sell by each and case; I wish I didn't have to disassemble the cases and it did it automatically as needed.

With easy to read formatting, it is the best inventory control system we have seen.. Cons: Cons:  we have not yet experienced any problems with Cin7. We would only suggest that it helped build customer's reports.

Overall: 
As we were not experienced with system changeover the transition to using Cin7 was easy with the support we were initially provided to get to know the system, although this only lasted 30 days. This is only a small milestone in the very necessary transition your business needs. Learning Cin7 allowed us to improve all aspects of management and planning of our inventory and accounting.

Pros: With seamless incorporation of Xero, Cin7 has allowed us to improve our capability in managing our purchase orders and accounting system. Such as; keeping track of inventory to maintain consistent stock flow, managing deliveries and completing purchase orders. As well as improving communication of our accounting system through all levels of the business. . Cons: I would only say that I wish the personal onboarding assistant lasted until you were completely comfortable with the system, not just the first 30 days and I think the program could be even better than it already is if it helped build customers reports.

Pros: We use CIN7 as onmichannel retailer. Easily integrates via EDI or API with our retail partners. We keep all our SKUs in the system and love how it works. Order processing is a pleasure now.. Cons: Seemed a bit rigid at first, but we found solutions for most issues. There are still some limitations to the functionality, e.g. we cannot switch off inventory feeds on the weekend.

We love the integration between detailed reporting and connection of our EDI/API's. Since we deal with Northern & Southern Hemisphere customers this has really helped keep efficiency within our business and allowing our small team to have time to focus on the things that matter not just administration. It is very easy to use and such an easy workflow.
We can't wait to see what other great integrations that will be added!. Cons: Although there were quite a few teething issues & regular bugs which is understandable, the process of on boarding could be further outlined in a little more detail- would be my only recommendation.

In December and into the New Year we transitioned all our back-end systems over to Cin-7. Although we experienced the expected teething issues and frustrations when integrating onto a new system, we love what Cin-7 can offer us. In terms of stock management, reporting systems, user friendliness, etc. it gives us a broader, more precise system that has expanded our daily capabilities.
As my colleague and I were not experienced with system changeover we loved the support we were initially offered to get the program live, but felt we needed more support to discuss the issues we were having once live.

We made the decision to sign up for Cin7 in January 2018, by the 28th of March 2018 we were using the system solely. We have over 6000 products, so this time frame was much faster than we had ever anticipated.
One of the reps (our dedicated training/onboarding specialist) replied to emails within hours and helped customize the system to suit some specialty products that we sell. This capability for customization was ultimately what made us decide on Cin7. With his constant support, we were able to get the system in place without any outsourcing of IT / accounting specialists.

We have left behind an outdated system, and are so happy that we finally made the leap to a cloud-based solution. We are enjoying the integration with Xero and an inventory system that we can trust to be accurate.. Pros: Seamless integration with Xero, the ability to customize products - eg. weights were added to our delivery dockets so that we can tell the couriers / customers the total weight of their order.
We now have an inventory system that we can trust for stock levels.
Ease of use.. Cons: We have had some minor troubles with the POS, we would prefer not to use it at all, however, it is necessary for end of day procedures and applying account payments.

It has improved our businesses capabilities, staff are happy using the software and the reports are great!. Pros: The ease of using this software. Its neat, clear and tidy. All our employees have been able to use it, even our less technically savvy employees who could not use our previous software. It has increased our capabilities of providing great customer service. It has made me excited of what our business can now achieve. I also have enjoyed the videos explaining how to use each section. They are easy to watch, straight to the point and I have always walked away being able to implement what they have demonstrated with ease.. Cons: I have not yet discovered anything I don't like about this software. I have liked all the areas in which I use it.

Cin7 is powerful software and cannot be underestimated. The previous software we used was all local network based and had very little connectivity to other platforms and was not cloud based at all which you need to be in this day and age.. Pros: We love almost everything compared to our old software and especially the fact that it is cloud based and I can access the database from anywhere. We go to a lot of tradeshows and the POS functionality is great because we can input orders straight from a tablet and make sure we have inventory in stock and reservere it. Cin7 also connects with all of the platforms we use and really stream lines the processes between Magento, Ebay, Amazon, QuickBooks it really centralizes everything and gets everyone in the company on the same page looking at the same data.. Cons: There are a few functions/features that it does lack; however, we've learned to get around this lack of function and actually found easier ways to improve our company in our workflow instead of trying to force the system to how we were used to doing it.

Good product!
Cin 7 is a very powerful inventory management system, it never fails to provide timely and accurate inventory information for our company. The modules are user friendly and the reports are really good tools for data analytics.

In addition, the customer service team is very supportive ,whenever I have any doubt about the system I would always submitted the tickets and got useful feedback very soon.

Pros: Cin7 has very useful features: inventory management, CRM, B2B site, etc. The feature that will help our company to support growth it's the ability to have EDI integration with our retail partners.
Awesome support from our Cin7 project manager. She did a terrific job handling the unique workflows that were needed so we could integrate with Shopify.. Cons: The data migration from Shopify to Cin7 wasn't easy, but at the end, we were able to migrate everything into Cin7.
One thing that would be super useful to have in cin7, it's having the ability to manage inventory for wholesale (B2B). Like limiting the stock amount that we want to sell on the B2B site. We were able to navigate this hurdle by creating an additional branch for wholesale products, so the B2B orders are being pulled from that particular branch. The only downside it's that we had to create duplicate products with inventory to be sold on the B2B site.

Cons: Has fewer options when it comes to link part numbers with customer's. I would like to have a way to determine customer's part number when creating an invoice or a sales confirmation.

We looked at many small/medium and fast growing business inventory management options and Cin7 stands out significantly above the rest. It also interfaces perfectly with our Xero accounting package and actually supplements some of the Xero weaknesses.. Pros: - Relatively easy implementation with little/no disruption
- Affordable cost
- Fantastic functionality for the price
- Don't need a specialist Cin7 operator internally. Cons: - The support in our case was not great but there may have been reasons that I'm unaware of as I wasn't part of implementation
- Not much else

Pros: I am a manufacturer who sells retail (online, email, phone and in person) and wholesale. Since I don't fit into one particular niche I love that Cin7 has all the features that I need for each one of my divisions.

I looked for a long time for an inventory software that met all of my needs. I tried one and it failed to do what I need it to, it was geared too much towards eCommerce and didn't have any order entry or manufacturing capabilities. Then I found Cin7. I was very cautious at first because of my experience with my previous software not performing the way I wanted it to. But as I learned everything Cin7 could do I was very pleased with my decision. It gives each of my departments the functionality they need and also seamlessly connects them together saving lots of time and money.

It also integrates with Quickbooks Desktop and ShipStation very well. You can import batch invoices into QB as well which is a huge time saver when reconciling.

If you are like me and you require a lot of functionality in your inventory system then you need Cin7.. Cons: I'd like to see it work with more eCommerce shopping carts right out of the box. We had to develop our own API integration to import orders from our shopping cart OpenCart. Their API works just fine, it just takes time to implement.

B2B website for our wholesale customers. Pros: We like the simple organization of everything with-in the system. Very self explanatory. There's so many opportunities with cin7 to be able to keep track of information and manage inventory. When we joined we had no idea how much cin7 really had to offer. From the B2B site to the easy integrations with our website, we are definitely a satisfied customer.. Cons: I wish there was the ability to make items a different price within a size grid. For example our shirts we get in sizes X-Small to XX-Large and our XX-Large shirts cost more so the only option I have is to create another product for the XX-Large or just take note of it elsewhere for book keeping. Also it would be great to see an option that allows you to discount your products and it get pushed over to our integration which is shopify.

Cin7 has transformed our small business and we could not be happier. Cin7 consolidates all of our sales channels; to include, 2 EDI sales channels. To have all sales channels integrated with inventory management in one application streamlined our business processes and reduced manual admin requirements. Truly, Cin7 is one of a few applications where technology actually reduces workload and frees up our small staff to focus on marketing, product development, and customer service.

The Cin7 customer support is OUTSTANDING. Our On-Boarding Account Manager was fantastic. The Support team made our transition to EDI smooth and they patiently trained us to automate our EDI processes. The telephone support provided is priceless. Knowing that we can reach out for help, around the clock, from an intelligent and caring "human" is absolutely essential for our small team of 8 employees. Each of us multitasks and manage many applications...we do NOT have time to be experts in any one application. We do NOT have time to read technical information, use forums, or play the back and forth never ending game of trouble tickets. With Cin7, we don't have too. We can simply pick up the phone and get help Immediately.

In the strongest term, we high Recommend Cin7 to anyone who is serious about running a successful eCommerce Business.
. Cons: We did not have a way to import sales history from Stitchlabs...there might be a way..need to assess

service and great existing workflow . Pros: Would give service more than 5 stars if I could = these Kiwi's have their act together. I researched a solution for our retail store for months feeling my research was comprehensive and ended up with a dead horse about a year ago. Finding a native api full inventory management magento 2 solution was hard soon after that release and these guys already had one tested & working perfect! I had let down time and time again with my last system keeping up with releases so knowing their coding team was up to the task of keeping up on releases was very important to me. When I went out to do my homework round two I was even more discerning to pick a software and found these guys to be far ahead of the competition in functionality, cost and simplicity. Shipping / assemblies / recorders / Bar codes / integrations .... they have their act together! Also our experience with our on-boarding coach Joey was absolutely top notch. Aside from knowing the answer 99% of the time I very much appreciated not getting BS'd on the 1% and have a "let me get an answer for you" and he would quick!.... If you are not using or looking at these guys I would. Service was / is top notch. . Cons: Perhaps layout .... but that would only imply I could point to one that I liked better and I cannot. Just in general if "I had to" point out one thing that was on the bottom of my like list.

A fully functioning Electronic Data Integration (EDI) Solution that fits the business. This Inventory and POS Management System eliminates the need for manual data and stock updates on all platforms which includes website, amazon, other fashion platforms, Dispatch, 3 Stores, plus any pop ups we do around the country.. Pros: That it is API compatible with most other platforms including Shopify and Amazon. wYse lifestyle also has 3 Fashion Stores, with more pop ups around the country. An EDI solution was the next positive step that I could see for growing our business as our current Inventory and POS had stated to stunt growth and profit, and now it has been the best for us in reports, tracking and growth!. Cons: That there is a lot of background work to do first before launching, especially going from an on premise inventory and pos with no API integration capability and poor quality csv files. So a lot of manual work for me but the extra foundation work is worth it for progress!

Pros: I've used several and looked at dozens of systems in the last fifteen years, and recently switched to Cin7 for my two retail businesses - both a fusion of brick and mortar and ecommerce (using shopify platform). Cin7 is robust and well designed, and relatively easy to learn and use. Its highlight is inventory management - quite advanced, and at the same time free of unnecessary complications. . Cons: While there is a learning curve for any new software or system, Cin7 works, for me at least, refreshingly smoothly and logically. Onboarding process was efficient, and the support staff was always available to teach and answer questions.

Stock inventory, warehouse controls, automatic purchasing, sales, point of sale for our retail stores, shopify and xero integration. . Pros: Managing our 9 retail stores and warehouse is becoming very easy. This software has given us the platform and ability to scale with ease and at pace.
The Laybye System is amazing and easy to track and use. Not many systems offer this purchase option.
Seemless integration to xero and shopify make life a breeze.
We are able to monitor each sales person in real time and look at their performances over past months with 1 or 2 clicks.
The reporting is great and the Smart Buyer software has made our lives easier.
Stock management and the integrated warehousing is just awesome. We track every stock movement and know exactly where it is, down to the exact shelf at any given time.
An awesome product that keeps getting better and better.
. Cons: Being in South Africa some times support takes awhile.
Small things change on updates sometimes throwing the entire system out which results in a week or two of waiting for fixes. They seem to be getting better at this.
Full integration has taken awhile but that is due to our complex business and the fact that we are learning and using every function Cin7 offers. We will never look back!

Flexible and helpful staff have been a huge benefit. It often makes the difference between success and failure in my domain.. Pros: What I like the most about CIN7, besides the simple layout and ability to integrate and adapt as our business expands, is the customer service and tech support. I am not a tech savvy person, but with the expert guidance and help of CIN7's heroic support staff, even I am able to use this system! To say she has been patient with me would be a great understatement.

Great software, great price, amazing customer support. What else do you need?. Cons: If pressed to find something, I could say that because they are in New Zealand, there is a time delay for certain communications. Not their fault, I choose to live in Canada!

Pros: Integration via apps. Ready made solutions have the potential to cut down on problem solving time for clients.. Cons: Some simple options aren't currently available for development. Order data exported into comprehensive spreadsheet templates to move orders lists to courier portals isn't an option. Streamlining processes can often include avoiding third party apps like StarShipIt and just exporting data into a required template to move straight to a courier portal is a source solution which isn't an option with Cin7 at the moment.

Pros: My business requires detailed inventory mgmt down to batch tracking and expiry dates. Cin7 provides this in a very simple and easy to use way. In addition the fully integrated B2B ordering site and pivot table reporting adds significant value to my business. These functions are easy to use and quick to set up. Business processes such as calculating accurate landed costings is also easier than before. Cin7 provides more value that larger ERP solutions that I have used in the past. However what exceeded my expectations was the onboarding support to help me seting the Cin7 business up to best suit my business. Thank you support team! I have no hesitation recommending Cin7.. Cons: Cin7 allows you to structure and group your products to multiple sub category levels, however the reporting function currently does not all you to report on all the subcategory levels - but I'm sure they will fix this in time.

Pros: We have been using CIN7 for almost two years and I still highly recommend it. Not only has it been instrumental in managing the various aspects of our business effectively, but it is also very easy to use and for new staff to learn. Technical support is excellent - very reliable and always willing to assist us in creating solutions to meet our needs as the business has grown.. Cons: Many of our sales are made-to-order, so it would be very useful if our production team were able to highlight and flag orders, and to have pop-up reminders.

Pros: I was a bit intimidated by Cin7 at first since I'm not very proficient with software programs in general. But after an initial brief training session, Cin7 was not nearly as intimidating as I expected. It streamlines a lot of information that previously was very difficult (if not impossible) to access and opens up new possibilities for our company which broaden our scope and increase our efficiency. Having worked with an older system way past its prime, I wasn't aware of the enormous potential offered by a program like Cin7. Maybe there are others like it out there but for now we're thrilled to have chosen Cin7. It meets our needs (and more!) and we look forward to pursuing the many new opportunities it has opened up for us. Thank you Cin7!!. Cons: I haven't used Cin7 long enough to have experienced any problems with the program. I understand we need to customize some areas but that's to be expected with any new program.

Vastly improved our ability to track inventory and improve purchasing strategy, sped up and reduced the numbers of errors in the order fulfillment process. . Pros: Even with all the features available it is quite intuitive to use. Staff were up and running on day 1 with sales and purchase orders. As I was involved in the setup side bringing in existing contact and product lists was relatively simple with good mapping features with a unique bulk update method using cut and paste from Excel to fine tune the categories, etc. It covers all the requirements of inventory and we could customize the fulfillment stages to suit the business - in this case primarily online sales. You can viewing an order at each stage which is a major benefit, especially where non-stock products need to be ordered. In this case, there is a smart buyer feature which auto populates purchase orders based on sales requirements. There are many other features I can't comment on as it's early days yet.. Cons: Not much. Small things like drop-down options instead of free format sub group options would be useful for reporting purposes.

It caters for wholesale distribution/multi location/consignment both from customer and suppliers and multiple sales channels including EDI, Amazon and Ecommerce. For an inventory business that is growing and focussed on making the most of every sales channel - this product is a MUST. In addition, support is second to none, the quality of the online materials is excellent including step by step videos, premium support conducts weekly troubleshooting where customers can ask anything about the product and get targeted assistance. Built in apps which are ever expanding made integration easy.
3PL and Xero apps were what made us choose this software.. Pros: Cin7 Support is second to none which made implementation and integration a breeze. Moving away from an all in one ERP system Cin7 was an easy choice that ticked all the boxes for E-Commerce, POS, 3PL and integration with Xero. . Build Of Materials Tracking. Pros: Cin7 is used daily at our company. The cloud based ERP system is very effective in tracking our inventory through all stages of the production cycle using a simple to use Build of Materials option. The system is able to break down raw materials into base components and then build them back again into sales orders, effectively tracking each component we sell and not just a final product, saving us a great deal of time and effort in tracking down operational costs. Great Experience with Integration. Our company uses software like Quick Books and cloud based platforms such as Shopify. Both integrate seamlessly with Cin7. . Cons: While configuration is pervasive throughout the application, customization options are limited and rarely extend beyond the original design constructs.

We have been looking for an application to house all the components of our business in one place. For years we have been using an array of programs and spread sheets, which increases the complexity and confusion within the business. Cin7 is a great inventory management system that has the ability to be customised to a variety of businesses. Let's face it, no 2 businesses are the same so the fact that the team at Cin7 are willing to customise their product to the best of their ability to suit your business is great. It's also got some really great reporting functions as well. I highly recommend Cin7 as an inventory management solution. The integrations with accounting and eCommerce stores are seamless and make life easier by minimising double handling of data. We use Xero and Shopify and are very happy with the interaction between the software.
We started using Cin7 as a new business and haven't looked back. Cin7 allows you to control and accurately value your stock and also has the B2B website and POS functionality.
The support team are also excellent. You are allocated an onboarding specialist who guides you through the implementation process. Ongoing support and training via webinars is also very good.
Cin7 is a value solution - don't waste time using spreadsheets or any other manual process, it is too much hassle and will cost you more time and money in the end. Get Cin7!!. Pros: . Cons:

We have used the software for a few years now and during that time the Cin7 organisation continues to innovate and develop new initiatives to make the user experience more functional and purposeful. While our business doesn't need the full suite, it is easy enough to use and integrate the relevant areas to suit our needs. The best part is the customer support in my experience. Very responsive and always quick to solve any issues.. Pros: Customer support and communication around updates etc. is excellent. We have been using Cin7 for almost 2 years. It was great when we started and just keeps getting better and better. Almost every month there are small incremental updates and improvements made that add new features and improve existing ones.
We integrate with our website, our courier company and accounting software. It all just works.
Import and export features are particularly strong. You can pretty much export and import anything as required.
Whilst the UI is clean and uncluttered it does display a lot of information. It is very usable on a 32" monitor, but so not much on a 24".
Built in POS is a nice touch. Most other packages would require a 3rd party module for this.
I can't wait to see what this software looks like in another 2 years. By then it will probably make the coffee as well !!! . Pros: . Cons:

As a new user to CIN7, it has been a major change to our business to finally have a system that can provide our business with proper cost of goods sold for products. CIN7 is such an easy and flexible system and not only does it allows us to properly track our inventory at different branches, it's strong reporting mechanism helps our business not only track inventory but we can also report and forecast on our projected sales.

Coming from a previous system where inventory was tracked manually, the time wasted tracking inventory and looking for batches has now instead given us that extra time to work and improve our business.

I am looking forward to learning more of its features and functionalities as I use the system more.. Pros: Inventory Batching and Costing. Cons: You need to be careful when keying in a customer or supplier name, sometimes if you don't pick the correct one, it creates a new customer.

Cin7 was recommended by several people in various industries.
After looking into the product further, we decided Cin7 would suit our business needs.
The integration with our shop front was seamless - the support team was amazing at talking us as new users through each stage, or anything we didn't quite grasp.
Love the fact that the support team is always available as well.
Aside from the integrations, we love the fact that Cin7 as a POS system built in - it literally takes care of everything!
The system itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Being a cafe and retail wine store, Cin7 has solved some major stock control problems for us, saving loads of time (1 less staff member) with unnecessary manual processes and significantly reducing the amount of lost inventory.
After disappointing attempts with 2 other POS products, Cin7 integration was fast, efficient and totally painless. We were assigned a Cin7 support person who held our hand through every step. They had an in-house QBO specialist who I shared my QBO access with and they made sure everything was working perfectly. Syncronisation (2 way) is now simply the press of a button and we have a rich source of data to analyse and improve business performance. Highly recommend. Brett (Director). As a Sales and Operations Planning consultant I am working with several clients who have Cin7 and highly recommend the system.

I have worked with new Cin7 customer implementations as well as existing Cin7 users and the system can deliver a cost effective premium inventory service connecting multiple Retail/Wholesale sales channels and manage information in real time.

The support team are highly knowledgeable and helpful and the development team are always working towards improving functionality.

We came from using MYOB which had very little help and was very rigid in its structure. We often had to find work arounds to fit in with the system (rather than the system working in with us)

Discovering Cin7 has been a game changer because not only does it work with us according to our preferences but it also does a lot more than meets the eye.

We purchased Cin7 for its Inventory and warehouse capabilities but we have since discovered other features that have become essential to our business (POS, Stocktake, Forcasting etc). Pros: Easy to use. There is a section for everything. Cons: Takes a bit of set up and getting used to. You must have a good grasp of excel to use it comfortably

We looked at several different systems (Dear, Stitch, etc.) before selecting Cin7, now over a year ago. Our business has a lot of nuances (we sell in multiple channels and require several integrations), and many other systems were unable to accommodate our needs. Cin7 offers a far more customizable system than any of the others we tried, and while there was a steep learning curve during the on-boarding process, we are very happy with where we are today. A large part of this is the outstanding customer service - even via email, the Cin7 team is always responsive and very proactive. We've worked with them to come up with several "work arounds" to accomplish our desired goals within the confines of their existing system, and on the (rare) occasions this was not possible, we were able to pay a small fee for Cin7 to build out a custom solution. It seems that Cin7 is constantly improving and offering new features, so we're excited for what's to come!. Pros: . Cons:

Our company has been using Cin7 for 4 years for apparel & accessories distribution retail (12 stores). We have been the test case for 3PL, POS, Shopify, Xero, JOOR & EDI integrations with major department stores. I recommend Cin7 because of its flexibility and all-in-one offering which can accommodate rapid growth if required. Cin7 is constantly looking at new integrations for customers and always evolving to cater to our needs in the apparel industry which is great. Great value especially if you plan on using multiple modules (pos, EDI, online etc.).. Pros: All-in-one offering

Some modules over complicated & could be simplified for new users.
B2B in particular freight could be improved with a better integration for example Shipstation (by calculating & pulling rates prior to checkout) to avoid double handling the B2B sale.

A great software with many features. It sets itself apart from other software because of its ability to provide a point of sale, inventory management, and a wholesale capability.

Add all those up and you are really getting value for money.. Pros: Great and in-depth reports, Very quick and functional, Easy to use, Can have customization built into it to suit your business.. Cons: It can lag or go down. This seldom happens in fact, it's stopped happening recently so for the last 3 months I can't say it went down even once. I think it was due to the increase in fees which in return yielded a better working system.

We are an importing and project fit out business and the combination of Xero and Cin7 has been fantastic. Cin7 has all the inventory basics covered and it even handles fully landed stock costing like a much more expensive system which is a real benefit to us.

Recently moved to Cin7 from another inventory software. So many great features it's hard to review them all! Absolutely trumps our old software on every front. The included B2B was a surprise to us and even resulted in us leaving our old e-commerce website to use Cin7 exclusively.
The flexibility and integrations are awesome, works well to integrate our accounting software with orders via phone/email, online or in person via the included POS add-on.
The value for money with this product is excellent, offers features you would expect to pay at least twice the price for.
The best part of the whole process has been the support provided by the Cin7 team. Extremely timely responses which are critical in business and refreshing to not just receive a generic "thanks for your email" response. A big shout out to the representative who has helped us every step of the way to ensure we are using the package to it's full potential and ensuring everything is integrated and running smoothly. It's great to get your own point of contact who works hard to help where possible and actually remembers you and your business - big thumbs up!
Would certainly recommend giving Cin7 a go. It can be a little daunting at first, but the excellent Launchpad and support articles make almost any question instantly answerable.
We've spent thousands of dollars on other software, some we've kept, others we've ditched in favour of something new and none of them have provided the level of support and features you get here. . Pros: Value for money, amount of features packed into the one subscription, integration with other critical software such as accounting, support articles, support staff, flexibility, the list goes on.. Cons: User interface is not as friendly as it could be. This is likely a victim of the huge amount of features available.

We have been operating our fitness apparel business since 2013. Our major challenges have been operations with managing inventory, reporting and finding a solution for our concept store POS and barcoding of products. CIN7 has solved all of these problems. We are a small business with 6 employees based in Australia and working in the construction supply industry. We sell mainly to trade, via trade credit accounts, but also do some wholesale and retail sales. We have around 500 account customers and 7000 product lines. Due to the size limitation of our site we do a large number of stock turns on many items, so inventory management, ease of generating orders and stock receipting are very important to us. The competitive nature of our industry demands the capability to have multiple discounting methods which are applied at both customer and product (quantity based) levels enabling accurate and consistent pricing to customers.
We have been using another software for over two years with another cloud-based POS/inventory/CRM product and have recently switched to Cin7. In short, I wish we had swapped sooner. Though we have literally only been using Cin7 'live' for three weeks now, the experience is so superior, so 'next level' that it is clear to me we were simply using the wrong package for our business. While we are still learning and growing into the Cin7 package, we are finding that its operation is streamlining our processes, increasing our invoicing accuracy and assisting with our inventory management. Integration has been nearly flawless, with hours saved every week on automatic invoice due date production.
Despite many offers of more involved training, Cin7 is so logically constructed that we taught ourselves, with the aid of available on-line help resources and the occasional email or phone conference with our mentor. Having a dedicated project manager from Cin7 to guide us through the 'onboarding' process was brilliant, saving the usual frustration of explaining the same thing to multiple people in a standard help desk environment. Our manager really took the time to understand how we do business and then show us how our requirements could best be implemented. Staggeringly we had some customization specific to our needs built into the platform in a matter of hours during the onboarding process. The whole task of switching from old to new could not have been any more straightforward.
I look forward to becoming more adept with Cin7 and using what I learn to increase productivity while bettering the interaction between our business and our customers.

Our company recently moved our stock in to a 40k SqFt warehouse, and had no inventory tracking system other than spreadsheets which were sporadically updated. I was tasked with solving this problem. After reviewing and testing MANY inventory packages, I found that Cin7 provided the best solution for the best cost.

The way Cin7 integrates the entire product flow, from cutting a PO for materials to final delivery to the customer has greatly increased our productivity. The warehouse and sales process runs much more smoothly, with visibility at all stages of the process. No more calling to bother the warehouse manager to ask where an order is in the process.

The inventory tracking has worked very well for us. We no longer must worry about where an item is located in the warehouse, saving us hours of picking time. We also don't have to call the warehouse manager to see if we have enough stock to complete a sale on time, as this is visible from both the product and sales order screens, and from reports.

The reporting module is great, giving visibility to both sales and inventory. Using pivot tables, you can drag & drop items to be included in to a report, and the prebuilt reports are nice as well.

The PO process has been greatly simplified using the Smart Buyer module. If you have set minimum levels and set reorder levels, you can cut POs to replenish all your stock in about 10 minutes. This has saved us many man hours per week.

Cin7 is not simple to set up. However, they assign a specialist to your account to walk you through each step of the process and to make sure you understand how everything works. They also hold webinars regularly to explain some of the more complicated topics more in depth. These webinars are also available for viewing at later dates, which is nice for review. The help system is comprehensive. If you can't find the answer to your question, the support staff is friendly, responsive and above all very competent. Cin7 really does its best as a company to make sure you succeed.. Pros: I really like the Smart Buyer module. It makes the PO creation process so easy. The reporting is really great as well. Cons: There is a learning curve, just like with any inventory and business management platform this comprehensive. Cin7 does have great support and documentation to help out to mitigate this.

We recently implemented CIN7 and it has significantly improved our sales and stock visibility across our multiple sales channels and warehouses. It is customisable to meet our needs and what isn't readily available, CIN7 willing to consider in future releases.

Importantly, we have been able to have multiple entities for different regions sharing stock, work with multiple currencies and plug in our e-commerce platform, release a B2B platform and a POS platform for trade shows and expos.

You are well supported through the implementation via an onboarding team and the support staff respond quickly to any questions you have.

In terms of price, there are only 5 users included in the monthly fee even if you are on the Professional plan, so we had to use the licenses wisely otherwise, the addition of $45 per user per month can quickly add up and make it expensive.. Pros: . Cons:

I've had the opportunity to implement SAP in another company I owned, and it was a total mess and very very expensive. I've just started this new company and after lots of research, reading reviews, and trying different ERP on the web, I found Cin7 and and decided to use it for it's simplicity, its straight forward use and mostly for it's support team. Now I have a new company that it is starting with a platform that some years ago was only available for the large companies.

It is great to have my Shopify store, my inventory and my accounting in line and alined!!. Pros: It's ease of use and its support team.. Cons: It's CRM module.

we had a really good time starting up the programme and we constantly amazed with what we could do within our new system. we also signed up fro the premium support which I would recommend to everyone. The main reason we chose to change to Cin7 was to have the ability to link our magento website with our POS to have a accurate inventory update.
At this stage we still don't have that as we are still having trouble linking the 2. Hopefully we will resolve this soon. As everything else with Cin7 seems great. We look forward to it becoming an integral part of our business as we grow.

We use Cin7 on a daily basis and it has everything we required for consignment stock and inventory management. The Cin7 support staff have been excellent! We have delt mainly with Deepak who has always been able to assist and talk through any questions we have as well as assisting with learning the features it has to offer!. Pros: Customer Support is Amazing!. Cons: Additional layout options on the document templates would be nice.

We were a loyal system based inventory software user for almost 3 years (Inflow), everything with our previous software (Inflow) was good. As we have grown, we wanted multiple users and we looked at other options and decided we have to upgrade to a cloud based software. I personally did not want to go on the path of server, VPN etc.. We were very nearly about to sign in for another cloud based system and at the last minute we realised that it is not a special software for fashion industry.. We wanted a software that can cope with Size, Colour, Fabric, Style and Fit variations..

Thank God the other software people actually recommended Cin7 which is a Fashion Industry special software. We are so glad we made the move.. It makes our business day to day operation a breeze and our sales agents in multiple locations (Some offshore as well) entering orders directly into the system..

This cut down or data entry time dramatically.. also we are now able to see or "Out of stock items" by size.. Also the Web portal B2B is a God Send... Our customers love this feature..

I also have to say that the customer service experience I had is double 2 x 5 STAR... On Boarder Jeff made the whole operation so smooth that I never felt I was all alone in this journey...

This is genuinely a good product backed by good people.. I recommend this to any business who are looking to upgrade from system based software to cloud based programme..

Thank you guys.. we are still a long way to go with implementing this software in our business, but I am confident that we will get through this... Pros: Software specially designed for Fashion Industry.. Multiple Size, Style, Fit, Fabric etc.. No problem...

Many advanced features like B2B webportal, Xero Integration, Email Integration etc at no extra cost.

Pivot table reports - We were used to excel reports.. But this Pivot table stuff is out of this world... Cons: At times Crashes during log-ins.. I assume a bug... It is understandable considering cloud based system.. Not a major, but it will be great if they can rectify this soon.

Automatic email reports.. for example a weekly email to our customers on stock or sales report etc would be a great feature.

Simplified data entry short cuts (like Control D - for entering same data for all lines) would be a great feature to add.

Rather than Xero or QuickBooks, a simplified inbuilt payment system in Cin7 will be beneficial for small businesses who don't want to use accounting packages.

Single user low cost (under $ 100 per month) version would benefit some small operators..

If XERO is "beautiful accounting software" Cin7 is "beautiful ERP software". The ability of Cin7 to manage the end to end of process of purchase, manufacture, and sales of Product is unsurpassed, especially at the price you pay for it!
One of the best elements of "the implementation process" (always the tricky bit) is the accessibility and knowledge of the "onboarding" team. You get a dedicated Project Manager who patiently walks you through each step of the process.
Having come from the "big end" of IT, with all its rigmarole and Professional Services costs, Cin7 is a breath of fresh air !!

Cin7 is a great and robust system. The new interface looks really clean and clear and it is extremely intuitive to use.

While it is simple and clear on the "outside", the functionality "under the bonnet" is extensive and what makes Cin7 different from the rest is the customization that is available.
No other app in the Xero marketplace offers tailored customisation as Cin7 does.

It is a very powerful tool and the value / cost is impressive.
Moreover, the product is always evolving and the team at Cin7 are always implementing user requests and implementing new changes very rapidly.

I can strongly recommend it.

It is a good Xero add-on to help us take care of inventory. We could easily get sales figures, sales by product, COGS breakdown, etc information from Reports and it's easy to import data from Cin7 to Xero. Help us a lot!. Pros: Cost of goods sold breakdown report is really helpful.. Cons: More features needed (eg. Not only value, but also Stock Volumn shows in Stock on Hand Xero Reconciliation Report)

Cin7 is an extremely detailed and well thought out system - and works wonders for our business compared to our previous inventory management.

The onboarding process was made extremely easy and simple by the staff, who were available at a moments notice, and provided TeamView tutorials which we can look back on when there is confusion.



Extremely pleased with this service.

This is a fantastic solution for anyone selling across multiple sales channels. Completely eliminates overselling and its forecast reports make it really easy to plan our next production cycle.. Pros: Very simple with skus on all the products
Great solution for multi-channel selling

Once the setup was complete it works like a charm.
No more worries when a last item sells on a channel as Cin7

We are extremely happy with our CIN7 experience so far (about 9 months).

Previously we had found inventory management systems trying to do too much generally did nothing well. So when we decided to change we were initially looking for something simpler in the hope we could find something that would at least do the basics very well.

After trialing Cin7 we were surprised but also a little hesitant because its has a full suite of features (like our old system). BUT i am very glad we took the risk. I never expected to move so much of our business management out of the backend of our website and into our inventory/sales system. It has changed the way we run our business and vastly improved the information and reporting our staff have available, which also improves our customers experience.

The system is reliable, easy to use, has advanced features, has a fairly straight forward API, and the CIN7 support has also been very helpful. They actually want to set you up and get you using their system properly (whats the point of having all these features if you dont know how to use them).

No off the shelf system is without its flaws as each business is different. For us we would like the manufacturing module built out for more high volume manufacturing, at the moment its a bit boutique. 'Kitting' is also a bit underdeveloped.

This is a good SAS and i would recommend it!

Could not have received better service since moving from Quickbooks.

The CIN7 team have help us integrate our invoicing software to receive orders from our website straight into the invoicing system.

Over the weekend we migrated ebay sales back through WooCommerce and into CIN7.

Marvelous use of technology.

We tried another inventory system, Fishbooks, previously and had a very tough time integrating it with our Magento store. After about 9 months we decided to make the switch. So glad we did, the effort to integrate was about 1/4 the time, we didn't need a DB expert any longer and the annual fees were about 1/2 the price. Granted we are only a medium sized business so we didn't the evaluate the options that were $50k and higher though for what we needed nothing came close to Cin7's value.

I was a bit skeptical in the beginning of support from a smaller company and being HQ'd in Australia though they have positioned a support staff that works US time frames and Craig was amazing at answering questions at all hours for me. Whenever we had an issue it would frequently be resolved within a few hours and rarely going over 24 hours.

We needed a strong inventory management system for our growing business and CIN7 definitely fit the bill. We are still in the process of learning everything that it can do but we are already appreciating how much faster and easier CIN7 is compared to our old program. If I have one piece of advice for prospective users it would be to make sure you are very organized and take the time to clean up all of your data. Triple and quadruple check. I had previously tried to integrate 2 POS systems with QBO and had a very challenging experience with both. From day 1, Cin7 took me through the process step by step. The system itself integrated seamlessly and has all the bells and whistles I needed to significantly improve our internal inventory processes and controls. I've saved at least 1 full day of staff time per week and have significantly more accurate information and analytical capability than before. I have no hesitation in recommending Cin7. . Pros: . Great package, does everything we want from sales quoting, trade Sales on the B2B and of course inventory control. Much better than the previous app we had for stock control.
Implementation was pretty easy and Daniel was great from Cin7. We've had the usual little hiccups with implementation but noting major, every integration is different, and issues we had haven been quickly resolved.

When I first viewed CIN7 in a trial version and then had a couple of hours with one of their staff I was staggered but skeptical that all of the promises would or could be delivered upon. Boy was I wrong and I have been delighted to discover well thought through connectivity and inter
relationships of functions. Put quite simply CIN7 is a 2016 Maserati against model T Ford of legacy systems that are holding back efficiency and productivity....I hope my competitors don't read this. In fact I tell everyone who will listen that CIN7 is our secret weapon and definitely our competitive advantage. Amazingly after nearly a year of operation there are only a handful of modifications that we'd consider helpful but not necessary for our business going forward. . Pros: . Cons:

For my Inventory clients who need wholesale and or retail & online sales channels, Cin7 is a comprehensive add on to Xero covering all three. Scoping is essential to make sure any application will meet my clients needs and this is done jointly with Cin7's sales team to get an accurate evaluation. Once the entire project has been considered the account is set up and integrated with Xero, with Cin7 assigning a project manager to help smooth the process along and do any customisation. Working with many add ons, the support offered by the team at Cin7 has been fantastic.

The recent dashboard upgrade has turned this once ugly duckling into a beautiful swan!. Pros: . Cons:

We were looking for new software for my company, and were recommended that I should look at Cin7.
That recommendation changed the way we operate, control stock, suppliers and customers.
We have a midsized manufacturing and online company with over 80 distributors and about 3000 products.
We have complicated BOMs with labour content that need to be linked across two clients and be able to have my web sites pull APIs for product pricing.
We made a lot of changes to the layouts of many of the forms, CIN7 staff were great in the way it was done, and the speed it was achieved in.
The software interface is easy to train staff and very forgiving.
The handshake between CIN7 and Xero Partner is seamless.
We would recommend CIN7 to any big or small business.
We are looking forward to the challengers as our business grows knowing that CIN7 and their staff (Jeff/Shyam Thanks guys) are there to help.

We have looked at a few different accounting systems and finally impressed with the depth of functionality of Cin7 and Xero which are really fast and easy to use when you have trained.
The guys handle the requirements are pretty well and our single point of contact has been very helpful and supportive to customise our needs in particular.
