We purchased Fishbowl in 2018. We were originally very excited about purchasing this software and to put it to use. The first issues came up when we took a little while to start and set it up. They pitched additional costs for continued support when we got around to setting it up. We never got it set up, nor used it. We are a struggling small business, and when we called to ask for a refund or credit for the future when we were back on our feet, they declined in anyway. A great example of a large company profiting, with a small company receiving no value. Be very careful and read the fine print, as they do not support small businesses.

Fishbowl Tech Support is always very helpful and attentive to our needs. Most often than not, the corrections we need to do are unavailable without additional assistance from a database technician but Travis was very patient with me and took the time to listen and understand what I needed and got the necessary assistance and serviced our issues thoroughly and without any complications.

If your company does manufacturing or distribution this is the software for you. Like any business management software, it is complex. Every time I go deeper in my knowledge, I am pleasantly surprised at the excellent software design and forethought. I tried to use QB and it wasn't up to the task. Even the "Enterprise" version of Quickbooks doesn't do 1/10 of what Fishbowl does. A great piece of software back by a great customer service team back by great engineering.
