I switched to these guys from a "major" UK name that had constantly let me down. The professionalism has been outstanding and the quality of the technical responses, spot on. You are most definitely NOT dealing with script monkeys here, but real techies who provide real help. You can phone them up and speak to them. They even allowed me a trial, and I was impressed. The VPS is snappy and responsive, and my V2 host supports 3 websites and JIRA quite well. I wish I had made the move earlier.

I started using Cloudabove around six months ago on recommendation from another customer. One of the best decisions I ever made. I recently tangled up a Joomla installation with Wordpress - I submitted a ticket (all I could see was that my site was down) and Ryan at Cloudabove responded within minutes. It was late at night and Ryan rolled his sleeves up and untangled things (which turned out to be something subtle that I'd done). Within a very short time, I had an email from Ryan pointing out what had happened and that he had restored my site to 100% operation :) The guys (and gals?) at Cloudabove are true professionals and genuinely care about their customers and their business. They have all the qualities needed to grow and I'm sure they will do so rapidly.
