Monday, December 4, 2023 #112887 Gary Weberg from NA (1 Employee) This year for my annual life insurance payment DOXO switched from simply charging my charge card as a purchase, to making a cash advance on my card instead! I did not initially recognize so called my CC company and reported as a Fraud. They went after you for reimbursement. Now you are trying to charge me again. Will I now understand the transaction was legitimate, so my CC company will be reimbursing you back. But what gives you to right to change from a purchase CC transaction to a cash advance? This caused me daily interest charges and a fee. This does not only sounds unethical, maybe illegal. I was was given no notice this was going to happen.
