I tried to get an advance and they said i owed them money from February..I went back thru my bank statement and screenshot it and sent it to them..they took it out on the 8th of February and said i have not paid it back...Dont use these people they are rip offs, I would give them no stars this company is a joke..Stay away!!!

Its a great app when it works. recently a lot of people are experiencing issues with their banks connecting myself included. When I can't can't with someone they say they will pass it on but that never happens. Come payday they have no problem connecting to withdraw what i owe.

I had connection issues with my bank but earnin customer support fixed it and helped me get connected and cashed out within a day! I highly recommend Earnin. I always tip because I'm beyond grateful for their services. So hopefully my amount will increase with my next paycheck. If not I don't mind I still love it. Thanks again earnin!!

I have had nothing but problems with this company. I rarely use it but when I have its been issue after issue. I have provided my info for my personal bank account. I have sent multiple screen shots of my pay stubs. I have sent multiple screen shots of my bank account after all that. I give the app permission to track my location at all times. THEN every time I was opening the app it was asking for more screen shots. I found out that my app needed to be deleted and reinstalled. I did that, I was able to cash out, hadnt used it in 6 months or so? Then what happens...they take the money back the day before I got paid, fortunately my husbands paycheck was in there to cover it. I chat with support, they ask me to send MORE screen shots to which I replied you have ENOUGH. I just told Marnelli, the agent I chatted with, who was VERY VERY UNHELPFUL to delete my account, I am so over it. I also asked for my "tip" back because their service wasnt performed correctly. Marnelli then deleted all the previous support messages, (I have screen shots). This company is a JOKE.

Earning app honest review: Where to start? Earnin seems great but if you happen to cash out and then lose your job or are unable to pay the debits back they will aggressively charge your accounts like they did mine which added up to over 300 dollars in overdraft fees. When I tried to use the help chat the woman was rude and I had to wait a long time in between messages. Overall I DO NOT recommend this app.

I have not had any issues with Earnin been using for about 2 months now, the only thing is I try not to get past $200 because of there daily max being only $100 which they should raise if you ask me but other then that I would rather do it this way then a payday advance.

Earnin's app is great if you can afford to pay the tip each week. The max amount they allow changes from what they claim is a advanced formula and can't be overwritten...my max was $1,000 for months and I was paying 5% on top every pay period, as soon as I decided I wanted to start to lower it incrementally each pay period Earnin' was not happy. I tip 5% on each loan, over two weeks that is an excellent APR, almost usury. I had to ask for my max to be lowered to 950, then 900, then 850 then 800 as I would expect from the criteria that is given...so I am spending less in tips each pay period but the incremental change to my budget is only $50, affordable...then they decide my max should be $500...$300 lower in one pay period...how am I supposed to afford that with a tight budget constraint of $50? They say it can't be increased, like some magic AI robot controls everything, what a joke of customer service. The plus side, I will reach my $0 Earnin' app usage quicker since they lowered it so much, very excited to never rely on the app again!

Earning pulled money out of my acct twice in one day and too early at that. I was charged a NSF fee twice so the money that was supposed to pay them had to go towards fees. Now the day before payday they pull from my account and it’s back to back NSF fees. It’s so annoying because I can’t change the dates of payment.

I initially had issued connecting my bank which I was able to resolved but it took a day to do. Then I waited as they verified my account and then everything was hooked up. I read the reviews listed here and I can give them 5 stars based on the customer service alone. All my emails were responded to promptly, the questions answered and everything explained. I actually filled out a survey for the rep helping me because she literally took the time to explain everything and help with the account hook up. I haven't actually used the service because by the time everything was ready to go, my payday was the next day. I'd say from download to activation it took 2-3 days. You can email them screenshot of the deposits and debits for faster turn around.

I like the concept of Earnin, and I've used it successfully a few times....BUT...it seems like every time I go to use it, there's some sort of complication and I have to contact customer service. They reply to me only about once a day, even when I respond to them immediately - so it's taken me a week so far to request money. Pretty soon I'm going to have either an overdraw or my payday will be here, so it's not helpful. Something like this happens ALL the time. You have to reconnect your bank (which isn't hard, but it takes time), then they have to verify your account, which takes longer, and this time I can't get in at all. Currently working with customer service.

Well I've been using earnin for over a year now and I've had nothing but good luck with them.
there's been some issues with my bank because my bank put in extra security but the earnin team was able to get around it so I was able to keep connecting with my bank.
they have consistently been helpful with any questions I've had their very responsive 24/7.
my only issue is this last pay. I was decreased $50 and I don't know why I've always paid everything seems to be okay
Overall I think it's been great it's relatively an inexpensive loan

I am pretty shocked with all the bad reviews. I never really had many issues working with earnin until now. My max is 500 and they always took the right amount backbone the correct day. Only recently have I had to reconnect my bank account which was just inconvenient. Now the app has been down for over a week. Not sure what is going on

I cannot get a Google account rep on the phone no matter how hard I try. Everything is automated and there is no option (as there is in Apple) to get to a live rep. I am so damned mad I could spit. I've wasted tons of time on this and I am giving up.

Be aware of that Earnin calculates your hours using satellite gps. Most the time it doesn’t work ( maybe in certain areas) if you’re depending on maximum borrowing from them you might be disappointed because they sometimes don’t track your hours correctly. Out of 40 hours of work this week Earnin tracked 10. My opinion is that Brigit and Dave app is better because they solely go off of your bank statement

Canceled before verification process finished. Took WAY too long and after reading reviews decided it is not worth it. Customer Service thru chat was pleasant but 100% ineffectual and wasted my time. Biggest complaint in reviews is money being pulled early which is a HUGE red flag for those in need. User beware.
I changed my debit card, put a stop thru my bank and canceled because of reviews. Ugh.

At first it seams convenient to be able to get money before your payday, but Earnin has consistently submitted for their payment from by bank before my payday causing my checking account to be overdrawn. Most recently they submitted for payment on a Saturday, overdrawing my account and leaving me with no money for even basics over the weekend when my payday is Monday. I canceled my account and feel what they have done is unethical. Their customer service was highly trained to talk in circles. What a disappointment!

My acct is overdrawn because they withdrew the borrowed amount a day early (today) instead of tomorrow. And like the other borrows that this happened to, they said it was the banks fault. I wonder if it has anything to do with the issues that they said they resolved this week.

This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a company. The CEO must be living in a dream if he thinks what he's advertising is good business. Your agents are clueless. Your engineers are slow. Your site is always breaking down and as a result we the consumer have to be inconvenienced. You really should have have gotten your house inorder before you started letting people in. This is obviously the result of cutting corners. This is what happens when you're no longer involved and the people who work for you have it all and now your consumers are left standing here, but we're going to need you to say something Boss man! If I could give Earnin a negative 5 stars I would.

I have been using this app for sometime now and having no issues at all until today I wake up to a neg balance because they pulled the money out early claiming its a holiday. Friday is when I get paid and that is not a holiday. they will not say its their fault it's my banks fault. I have been talking to them for over an hour and nothing is being done so I'm looking over everyones reviews and seeing if this is happening to them. I was to get the money pulled out of my account on friday July 5. but they pulled the money out July 4 and telling me that my bank did this. which I know is bull shit. The app screwed up and will not admit it. So how many more people did they screw?

DO NOT USE EARNIN! The registration process was fast and easy, and in no time, I was able to borrow. After about a month or so, I received a notification from my banking institution (Navy Federal), and apparently some CROOK signed into my online account and applied for five personal loans. NF flagged my account and changed my account number. I also learned that NF is not affiliated with Earnin! EARNIN IS A SCAM and their employees are robbers! Stay broke until payday!

Everything was great until about two weeks ago.. my earnings don’t show, and when they do they are calculating about a 1/4 of what they were , my work address mysteriously changed, they keep lowering the amount of money I can borrow and I am lied to by the support team. It was a great idea but clearly something is going on. I’ve had perfect payment history and no issues.

I see a lot of us are having the same issue recently. It won’t update the balance on my account. I spoke with customer service, whom explained they use a third party to connect with my bank account to get updates. I’ve provided endless screenshots, which in the past has helped with having things updated. I’m not sure if they’re having issues and choosing not to advise customers... because I spoke with my bank and they advised that updates have been sent. I think Earnin is having issues and instead of advising customers, they’re blaming the third party and customers banks for not sending and update. Which is completely untrue. In the months I’ve used this app I’ve never had this issue until now. As someone that has recommended the app to others, I must say I’m very disappointed.

Do not use this app !!! I just set it up . It said takes 3 days to verify .. I check it today I have never used the app yet . They have done 5 transactions off my account! And over drafted me ?? Why are they taking money I’ve never even used it !!! I tried talking to customer service .. he was no help at all I took screen shots . He told me to just go ahead an end the chat cause he want a specialist and can’t tell me what’s going on !!! I said to then connect me to someone who can ! Sense you clearly cannot tell me why there is activity on my account .. his reply word for word..
“Because you registered on the app that’s why !! :)” and ended the chat ...
that was it . So they took money . I never cashed no out even once . This is a scam DO NOT give them your information!!!!!

It worked fine for a few months until I switched jobs. I tried sending a screenshot for a cashout from my last job's paycheck, and they kept telling me the screenshot was denied because I had been paid a day earlier since I was leaving the job. I tried to explain this to customer service, and they were no help. They had already taken 150 dollars out of my paycheck. I put in my new work info the next week, and I still had not received the 150 dollars back from my last paycheck. They said they couldn't send it to me until they had a pay stub from my new employer because apparently my account was automatically inactive without my new pay stubs. The cash out process was always a hit or miss because it constantly couldn't connect to my bank, and I would sometimes have to wait days, even though they said it would be immediate. Don't waste your time. Customer service is unhelpful. All they do is take your money, and make it hard to get it back when you need it. I deleted my account, and have no plans on going back.

This app was working just fine then they did an update and made changes and now it won't connect to my bank. My bank has told me SEVERAL times that there is nothing wrong and I should be able to connect just fine. Just another example of people always trying to fix what isn't broken.

I’ve never been able to use the bank because they claim they can’t use the bank I use. They said they have issues depositing and withdrawing the money from Bancorp. But I used another app Dave and they never had a problem taking the money out. So I just find it to be funny they have issues with chime. I don’t think you should stop all banks under on bank just because one card gave you issues. That’s just my opinion.

Horrible horrible. I’ve dealt with the same issue for over three weeks and they tell me the same thing that it’s foxed and never is. Customer service does not care what the real problem is they just tell you it’ll be fixed but never do. Clearly there are other negative reviews claiming the same thing. All they ask for is more info, more screen shots then blame you that it’s something you forgot. Never o. Their end. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! I am also going on google, yelp and any other one I can think of to deter people from using this app.

Earning is great and a better alternative to payday loans. You payback what you borrow and tip what you think is fair. For example this week I plan to borrow $250.00. On my next payday they will deduct the $250 plus what ever I decided to tip. I usually go with their suggestion. I love the Earning app. Once they verified everything (usually takes 2 days) you can start. I have never had any issues.

Do not use !!!!! If your company does not use a certain time sheet they claim that they can measure your time at work through location services via phone but that in reality does not work. Customer support is unhelpful and clueless on how to resolve all they did was send the exact instructions on how to get started. Do not use this app!!!!

They wanted all my banking info and it was clear they did in fact connect to my account as they referenced specific info but aside from gaining access for themselves they claimed an error prevented me from using their services because they couldn't access my banking account...then made reference to specific info in my banking account. So now I've had to change all my info. I wouldn't bother- they seem to have issues and gaining access to accounts but pretending they haven't is always a shady idea.

Earnin has taken money from my account a day early on 3 separate occasions. It has resulted in a total of $96 in overdraft fees. I reached out to customer support, and was told that my concern was being forwarded to a supervisor and that I would receive an email. This was after I was basically told I was lying about when I'm paid, and had to submit numerous documents that they should already have on file. I was never contacted by any supervisor, but I let it go. I contacted earnin a second time when I saw that my next payment was scheduled to come out early again. The person I spoke to said they resolved the issue and it would come out on the correct date this time. The money came out early AGAIN, and was taken out in two separate payments, so I received 2 more overdraft fees.
When I contacted them, I was again told that they couldn't help me, and that it was being "forwarded." Someone finally contacted me today, and they had no idea what my issue even was, but they closed my ticket because it was "resolved" Overall, I'd be careful using this app. I downloaded it because I thought it would be helpful for this particular month, but I've found that I would have been better off with a payday loan.

The first time I used Earnin was a horrible experience. They did not follow the pay dates I gave them and took their money out on the wrong day causing the transactions to get me overdraft fees not only for their withdrawal but two other transactions. When I contacted support they have been little help . They said they escalated to their overdraft department for their mistake but I have not received an email or resolution in 3 days . They are fast to take our money but not fix a mistake they made in a timely manner . All they can say is they fixed the account going forward to pull on the right day . Why would I use the service again if this is the support we receive when they mess up .

Do not, do not, do not use this app. Earnin is supposed to withdraw the money after you get your paycheck, but often, they will not wait, causing your account to become overdraft. This is what happened to me. After contacting Earnin, they tried to tell me it was my fault and refused to reimburse me. Terrible customer service.

This concept is GREAT!! And when I first started using the app I had no issues. Then as soon as 2019 started I began having all sorts of problems. EARNIN HAS STOLE MONEY FROM ME. DO NOT UES THIS APP!! First let me state I've never borrowed more than 100 dollars from Earnin at one time. For the past month earnin has withdrawn 100 dollars every other week from my account without me asking to lend or even using the overdraft protection. When I contacted an earnin rep about this issue the first time I kept getting disconnected. And after you get disconnected you have to speak to a whole different person when you get connected again so I had to explain my situation multiple times. They all asked from screen shots from my bank account which I provided. NOBODY was able to tell me why this was happening and NOBODY was able to put me in touch with a supervisor no matter how many times I asked. All they would say is that "they understand my frustration and they are working on a solution". This app and its representatives are a joke. This company is actually stealing money from me and the representatives have no idea what to do. They have no knowledge of how earnin works therefore they cannot answer any serious questions and refuse to pass anything up any higher. So far I'm out 200 dollars with no end in sight. I'm still trying to work with their representatives to handle this because I would like to continue using the app if this can be fixed however if this persists I will not only take legal action but I will do everything in my power to ruin the reputation of this company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worked great in the beginning and I have been an avid user for around 5 months. All of the sudden they take $400 back that I owed, but did not take $100 add. That I owed. I believe the app did this on purpose so they could put my account on hold, take $400 out of my account and not allow me to borrow anymore. Spoke with multiple customer service and asked why add. $100 was not taken out and that it could be taken out. Everyone beat around the bush and would not answer my question, just kept stating the obvious that as soon as they took it, my account would no longer be on hold. Total scam. Go get a reliable pay day loan if you really need to before you use this crap app.

Still won't connect to my bank. It told me my passcode was incorrect and to re enter it. I entered the same thing and then it said it was correct but there are no available accounts. But... There are...? The app also told me i was a loser and needed to learn how to budget on my own and not rely on some scammy app with "too good to be true" written all over it. Just kidding. But seriously, just like i need to budget, y'all need to fix this issue. If i need my $40 on a Tuesday so i can buy a cat tower, i want my $40 on Tuesday so my cat can play on her cat tower. Sorry, i thought this was America... Can we please go back to embracing laziness again? Some say its ruining hard work in our country. I can't disagree, but i could definitely get my cat that cat tower with an extra $40. I'll let you (Earnin) decide whether my cat gets her cat tower or not. This CANNOT wait till Friday. I was geeked when I first got the app and was approved. My first payout was $80 and I tipped 10%. They waited two days after I got paid to take their money out which was awesome because they took it into consideration to make sure my account had the funds. Now, I check it constantly to see if o can cash out any money until my neat check and I get paid every Tuesday and work constantly but it never shows my hours worked like I’m not working when I’m clearly working... how do they keep up with how much money is in my bank account and cannot see where the money is coming from. I told a lot of people to download and use this app but now I have to tell them it’s pointless as it is false advertisement.

I used to like this app a lot... back when they were known as "active hours." I would rave it about to friends. It was super easy. You have to tip on each advance but it was cheaper than paying interest on a credit card. I really did like it... However, after a year or so it all went downhill horribly.
1. The app and my bank continuously disconnect from each other. That's actually been happening from the beginning, but it's now more difficult to get it fixed again. It takes longer and quite a few attempts. I already didn't feel comfortable giving my banking info. Having to re-enter it every few weeks didn't make me feel any better about it.
2. Poor service: You could always email them, but the people who use this app are usually in too much of a pinch to hurry up and wait for an email to be returned with troubleshooting instructions.
They did recently come out with a chat feature, but the reps appear clueless, and use mostly auto responses assuming your problem is just like everyone else.
3. Location services: For example, they have this new feature where they track your location to track your work hours. The idea behind it is that they will know when you're working by watching you come and go from work. The rep assumed that I must have entered my work address wrong. She asked me for my home address, and my work address, and then home address again. They obviously didn't consider folks such as myself who work remotely. My work and my home are the same place, and I told her that from the beginning. She asked me at least 3 times until I think it finally registered that they are one in the same. Her instruction was to just shut the location services off after 11 hours every day. For an app I use maybe 1-2 x a month if any... that's a bit much. It used to be that you could just take a picture of your time sheet and you had an advance in your account within an hour. Now they want to watch where you're going?
4. Invasive: In order to use their "lightning speed" feature where money is in your account nearly instant, you must now give them your debit card number on top of the fact that they already have your routing and account #. Why in the world would that be necessary? That would mean that they have my workplace info, my debit card, my bank account info and my location at all times. That's just scary and wholly unnecessary. It makes me lose all trust in an app I've been using for a long time now.
So today I opened the app for the last time. It said it can't connect to my bank and wants me to enter my banking info again, and reminded me to give them my debit card # too. That's enough for me. I'd rather use my credit cards.

Works great until it doesn't. Unfortunately, huge problems arise when it finally doesn't do what it's supposed to do. They'll try to put the blame on the customer. Like, the representative tried to blame me for not having my gps on to track my work hours. Except, my gps has remained on for the entire time. When that didn't work, they said that earnin "only works if the user does NOT leave the building where their work address is housed." Except, I have traveled all over Los Angeles daily for the last three years and the earnin app tracked my hours just fine. I used earnin a lot because of a recent medical issue. I tipped $9.00 each and every time I used it. The amounts and frequency with which I borrowed adds up to a nice chunk of change for these people. And now, suddenly, with no warning, they "can't track my work hours because I'm not glued to my desk every day." I had the ridiculous chat sent to my email, so I can show you if you'd like! (It's extremely long and repetitive which is why I don't just post it now.)

Same complaint as alot of other people on here. Worked great for awhile now the last couple days it won’t connect to my account. Gives me 3 options sign on thru my bank app which work, sign on thru earnin which does not work and change bank which does not work. I don’t have capital one but have the same problem. Customer service is really no help says log on my bank with a laptop or desktop and clear alerts and pop ups which there is none. Been a couple days and still nothin. I’ll gladly raise my stars if fixed but for now I guess no earnin.

The idea of Earnin is great. But when they withdraw funds from your bank account almost two weeks BEFORE your payday, they are not so great. Customer Service is a joke! Only available through the chat option on the app, and nobody knows what's going on. I believe the chat reps are overseas, and just paste and copy formatted responses. At least they finally reimbursed me the overdraft fees they caused, but that took a fight.

I haven't had this app for about a month. I was able to cash out a couple of times with no issue. Well now I too am getting the can't connect with your bank issue. I emailed Earnin and get an overall explanation of "well it's a third party connection issue, we should have it up and running/fixed shortly" well it is going on 2 weeks later and still the same "thanks for your patience we are still dealing" talk. No explanation of we will or won't be using Cap One again. Give your customers something besides the run around and I will gladly give 5 stars because when it works it is GREAT!

I've been using Earnin for a couple months now it would come in great when certain bills was due no fee's only tip amount which helps out other users. GREAT!
BUT
Recently the app hasn't been able to connect to ANY Capital one sites, I reached out to help/support and was told it wasn't my issue and that they was working to fix the problem we should hear from someone shortly when the problem is fixed...well its going on week 2 and still no resolve.
This is App is now obsolete, waste of time, and still that stupid message is on the main screen once I sign in.

Basically the same as all the other 1 star reviews, started out awesome and then resulted in problems. I was able to cash out perfectly fine for months, until one point it randomly asked me to update my bank info (mind you this made me late to work since I regularly take Uber/Lyft and I wasn’t able to cash out to get a ride to work). It updated at some point during my shift (they say it takes around an hour) and I was able to cash out for a ride home. A week and a half later, and it asks to update my bank info again, only now it’s been well over 24 hours with no fix. Nothing has changed with my bank or account at all. Just uninstall this app and budget your money out instead, because it’s not worth it. That’s what I plan to do. All this app sets you up for is failure.

I have been using this site for quiet some time and never ever had an issue. NOW! i woke up this morning to the app saying it cannot connect to my bank. which is weird since nothing with my bank login has changed. so there is 3 options go to bank site, connect to bank and change bank. I went to the banking site connected succesfully! then when trying to connect through the app it said incorrect username or password! how so? i just logged on through the site on my online banking with the same information! Well I spoke with a lady on the online chat she was super nice but not able to help at all said she will send it to a team of specialist . Well, how long is that going to take? And on top of it ... Im sure when payday comes they will be able to credit my account so howcome i wont be able to cash out if they are able to credit my account. that makes no sense. as of right now im going to give them 3 stars and if this problem is fixed in a timely manner i will give them 5 stars because other than this unfortunate problem they've been pretty good to me. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed. This has been good for me being a single mother making 10 an hr!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE app. Kind of makes me think of that one documentary on Netflix for the Frye Festival. This app is a joke. The minute you get it finally connected, you get to cash out maybe 3xs before your whole account fails. You won’t be able to connect your bank what’s so ever. I’ve contacted support countless of times and they send me a scripted message back that will not solve your issue. The second avenue they tell you to do it wait 3 hours before connecting your bank. To get the chat to end and move on never solving your issue. After the 3 hours, it won’t work and your stuck in the chat queue of 40 people again.

Choose another avenue to help you in your troubled times. This app will not.

Im still trying to get help with my account.

I am on day two with no assistance from Earnin.

They deducted money from my checking account on the wrong day. I was told by their customer representative that oops our system changed your payday from the 15th and last day of the month.

So now my bank account it's in the negative and I have been hit with a three $34 overdraft fee for each deduction so $102.00 in overdraft fees.

I have no money because of an Earnin.

I contacted customer service many times resolve the issue but they had to forward it to specialist which would take days or weeks to get a response! Be careful. They take the funds out a day early and if the funds are not there they charge you $25.00 fee. And even if the bank covers it, they still charge the fee. I was on line with them from an hour trying to get my money back and they want my paystubs and screen shots of my account before they would consider refunding the charge. So be careful when using them and giving out your bank information.

I was using earnin for several months never had an issue then all of a sudden the app said it can’t connect to my bank it keeps saying that it’s having bank connectivity issues but come pay dat they are quick to take their money.... I tried to create a completely different account and still having issues connecting to my bank.
I recieved 1 email saying I had to change banks in the app I tried several times it’s really not worth the hassel.
The tipping system is a joke I barely tip anymore because if I’m getting money early from my own check what makes you think I can afford extra for a tip? I’m all set with the app don’t download it budget better and plan ahead!
I’m never downloading this app again it’s a waste of space as far as I’m concerned!

Wow!! I thought this was a great idea, until 2 weeks ago. I had requested 100.00 and tipped 3. That request was made about 11pm. They deposited the money , and 4 hours later redrew it. Their app stated that the money would be be withdrawn two weeks following, like usual. The problem is not that they withdrew the money two weeks before they should have. The problem is that they did not credit me for the withdrawal, and still showed I owed 103.00. I submitted screen shots of both my bank statement, and the information off their site as shown on my cell phone. I too had to wait for a response, only to ask for what I already provided. I had Julian as my rep, he thanked me for my patience. Told me there was a team of people assigned to make sure this was resolved. I knew that if it wasn't, I would NOT continue to allow access to my account. I received another email stating they considered the matter closed, and would communicate via chat from this point on, for my convenience. When I went to look for the chat, it was no where to be found. Please keep in mind that this went on for two solid weeks. By the time the Friday of monies being withdrawn came, I received another email asking, yet again, for the information I had already provided. I went to the bank. When they pulled my records, it showed that Earnin had accessed my account 4 times a day, every day. They also found several internal transfers. Meaning that the bank had been tricked into thinking I had another account and had been making inner bank transfers. That also meant I had no way of proving that I was over charged. My bank advised me to close the account down immediately, I requested an address or web site to pay back the true amount I owe. I was told that I had to link the bank account again. I have removed the app from my phone, closed my bank account down, and locked any internet/phone transactions down until further notice. I am not sure if this is a scam that eventually gets you, OR, if it's a program that has too many users. A small idea turned a bit bigger than they thought, and it became more than they could handle.?? No STARS, in fact -10000000!!! Very disappointed.

I TRIED TO VERIFY MY LINKEDIN but the system is not working here. I used Earnin and had $150 loan and paid back. I did this for one week. I thought it was absolutely odd to BEG people for a TIP. Anyway the girl Erica at Earnin told me that they could not advanced me back because her GPS showed me in different locations which was NEVER a problem for the PAST MONTH. I provided a paystub and this DUMB GIRL ERICA tells me that they do not use pay stubs or bank verification like that. This company relies on your GPS location at all times!!!! They stalk their customers!!!DO NOT USE them!!!

Nope. Like everyone else, it was dandy for a while. Suddenly, immediately after they took all the money I owed them from the previous loan, I can no longer reconnect my bank. They always got all their money back from me PLUS I tipped the full amount every time I borrowed. I find it strange that they could connect just fine when taking money, and I suddenly can't connect in order to borrow. Their loss. They advertise that the max is some low amount, but I borrowed $1,000 each time. They made a nice chunk from my full tips but that was then and this is now. The worst part is that I emailed them only to get a reply saying, "We're now only doing customer service through our in-app chat, so we're marking this issue as 'resolved.'" Mark it as "ignored," "undealt with," or "we don't give a shit about you." Anything but "resolved" because no one even bothered to look at it. It's very much unresolved.

It's great when it works. Unfortunately you can't depend on the app. Just went to cash out. Really need some extra cash tomorrow. App once again hasn't been picking up my work hours. Therefore no cash out option. Been to work everyday this week. It's always some issue. Either the app is not picking up work hours, or they claim they can't communicate with my bank after providing account info multiple times since downloading. Very frustrating when you need quick cash and think its covered only to log in and find out the app isn't working, and you can't cash out AGAIN!!!

Tried many other times and no response. Over $400 taken out and now I really need another advance and no help. This app doesn't help, it just puts you in worse situations when you need them the most. I started this app on Monday 12/10 I cashed out a 100 dollars. Been going to work all week and my earnings went up to 310 by Thursday. Check an 100 later on Thursday and my earnings dropped to 0. My next cash out day was the 14th and they switched it to the 28??????? Trying to figure out why. I dm message them and even got tickets no one responded and my tickets was deleted. When they get there money out this Friday the 14th I will be deleting the app. Every time I opened the app to try to contact customer service it says failed to reload comments this is sad sad ????????????????

It's been a week i have this issue going on and i get no serious help about connecting my bank issue the agent say the specialize agent will have to look up on my account what is goin on will get back to me with no time fram that can be given out to me...that is stupid...i keep trying to connect my bank for freakimg several times and deleted the app and reinstall it and still the same thing happen i just had to give up with this app use to love it but now seems it do not help at all after having this issue and all the agent is not trying their best to be a huge help out....i guess 2 star is good enough for them to get....i hope they can work better with the customer service....

Earnin took the money for my loan out of my account on 11/23, but their system somehow shows that it was returned. It was not. It has completely cleared my credit union, and I have provided proof of this multiple times. Earnin has only responded with canned responses that don't actually apply to my situation. Either they have absolutely horrible customer service, or they're thieves - one or the other.

Never using this site again. I borrowed the money and told them my pay date is the last day of the month which fell on a Friday, however they took it out on Wed and caused me to have 2 over drafts.. The only way you can contact them is through email or instant message (which is a joke because they don’t text back for a day or two) and email is the same way.
When I wrote what happened by im and email their reply was to send them a snapshot of my account. I did the first time and they said I didn’t show my deposits. I then sent 4 more of my snapshot with the day of deposit. I did this for 5 days all. All I get is thank you and you can withdraw money out Agghhh. I don’t want the money I want the overdraft fees paid back. The next stop is the attorney general in our state to see what they suggest.

I hate borrowing money from ppl so I thought this would be a great app to use.. WRONG!! I had never had issues with my account being compromised until I used this app.. Thank God for fraud alert.. They TRIED to debit $91 and $80 out of my account and when they couldn’t settled for $17.23 worth of Waffle House.. Nof even sure how they did it but it happened.. I’m removing my bank and debit card info bcuz they lighting speed feature is a LIE.. You still have to wait.. It’s too many flaws with this app.. I had been using Earnin for a few months and loved it! Then Thanksgiving came and they drafted my payback too early(due to the holiday) causing $89 dollars in overdraft fees. I have sent several messages that included the overdraft fees and they informed me that was not enough proof that their deduction caused my account to have insufficient funds. They refuse to pay me for the overdraft fees that they caused due to their error. I will not be using this app ever again and suggest you don't either!

I used to love this app, until recently. I clearly state that I get paid on Wednesday’s, but the money has been coming out Tuesday nights with have led to overdraft fees. I am now having a “bank connectivity issue” stating my password is incorrect, which this is not the case and I am unable to access my funds. The best part is the company had no issues accessing your bank account 24 hours early to take their money, but when It comes to giving you access to your money on payday, it is constantly delayed, and now inaccessible all together.

I used the app for 2 months and had no issues. It was great . Then about a month ago I was having this "bank connection" issue, all of a sudden. Now it won’t let me cash out after multiple screen shots sent and several attempts to chat with customer service. I just want the problem fixed. I have proved income and have used the service serval times in previous months with no issues. In theory, great idea..but their so called specialists have done absolutely nothing in the past month to resolve the issue. Nor has anyone followed up with me. Frankly, one star is generous.

I withdraw $100 and it took out a couple days earlier than pay day which caused me to go into the negative balance. I try contacting customer service and it takes two days for a response. Meanwhile, I paid the $100 back and they say my pay date changed, which was actually on a Friday instead of Thursday due to thanksgiving. Not sure what the deal is.

Don't do it! I tried to get this loan and was told it was approved and that $100 would be added to my bank account by 6:00 sunday night. Now the app shows that they cannot connect to my bank. I cannot get this fixed no matter what I do. I was informed by their customer service people that they will still be debiting my checking account on Wednesday even though I have not received a deposit. I am getting a lawyer and if they really debit my account I will move forward with a lawsuit. Total scam - DO NOT DO IT.

I contacted them and they have given me the run around for the past 4 days about giving them information that they do t need because they have already taken the money out of my account. I cant even give one star at this point. Customer service is good when they actually answer with some substance!! That's the problem they never respond!!! Had a max of $250 but forgot to update my new banking information and missed a $50 payback and got dropped back to $100. Completely my fault. This company was great until I started having issues with the app not communicating with my bank. I've sent my bank info 6 times and I keep getting error messages that it's incorrect. I uninstalled the app from my phone and won't use their services. They take forever to get back to you. I was trying to use this app to avoid taking payday loans but the customer service is very slow. It's a good app, but would be better if they responded more quickly and fixed all the issues.

I used This app to avoid loans. I now see that I cashed out 400 and the payout is 505. I only did 4 in tips so it should be 404 payout. DO NOT use this app. I questioned my payout a few pay periods ago and let it go but now I clearly see that i have been getting screwed on payouts. If you have to use this please check your bank accounts. And like everyone else, I have to wait for an email response. I recommended this app to others smh. It’s weird that it actually shows me the error and there’s no one to speak with to fix it asap

I just started using the app a week ago. It seemed like a godsend. I even started recommending it to friends.

As of last night I had 7 dollars in my account, enough to get gas this morning as I don't get paid until this afternoon. When I went to get gas, my card was denied. A quick check of my bank account shows that Earnin debited 30 dollars BEFORE my paycheck hit my account. Not only this, my debt was for 50 plus 5 dollar tip, so WHY did this app take 30 out and OVER DRAFT my account BEFORE my check was in the account???? I have been in contact with customer service, sent them the screenshot they asked for, and NOTHING. I will be reporting this to the BBB. This app should be shut down if this is how they do business.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Literally they will email you two days prior to your payday to let you know that they are DECREASING your pay period max. They just screwed me out of $50 that in my eyes is owed to me. I've never gone negative with this app I've paid everything back including the tips. Dont waste your money on shit like this. Get a traditional loan in the long run it will be better. I tried to email them but of course emails won't go through. They clearly don't want to know how poorly they are doing as a company but I can see how much of a negative impact they are based on all these horrible 1 star reviews. THEY SUCK

Everything was great at first. I was able to cash out and my bank account was debited for the correct amount on my payday. Right after that I kept getting notices to reconnect my bank. I have been trying and spoke with customer service. Nothing has been fixed and now the app says that my bank is not supported. I would NEVER recommend this app. Wasn’t told that it takes 3 business days for them to take the money back. It has no option to send the money you borrowed yourself. Customer service is a joke. No, number to call to speak with a live person. I “spoke” with two reps and neither could tell me why is say the money would be debited out 10/19 and now the rep tells me 11/2! The is a fraud!

I loved the app it's been going well until this last pay period. It hasn't been ponging me keeping track of my work hours and my location stays on. They received their money back from the last borrow I did but now I'm unable to borrow because they haven't been entering my hours. I sent my pay stub for the pay period that shows how many hours I worked, I provides screenshots of my account balance and that they've been paid for the last borrow and still no response to my stub or screenshots. This has gotten to be ridiculous. All because customer support isn't actively responding my actual rating is 2.5 we should have a customer service phone number to call.

Issues:

1. They sometimes withdraw too early from your bank account. This has resulted in an overdraft charge from my bank. Today, they withdrew from my bank account and it's only the 13th. I get paid on the 15th. 2 days early!! Luckily I have money in there now.

2. I make over $50K a year, have paid back on time everytime, and I am still limited to $100 max cash out.

3. I've come to the conclusion that you need to tip more in order to get a higher max, which is kind of stupid because I'm using Earnin to avoid using loans. If I'm paying Earnin more then doesn't that defeat the purpose of trying to save on interest payments to a loan company?

4. IMO, Earnin is a company that promotes themselves as a caring company, but they actually only care about their profits.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP ITS NOT WORTH IT. I have been using the
earnin app for about 5 months now, and it has been working perfectly up until
recently. I started the earnin app with a $50 dollar limit, as time went on my
payout amount would increase every pay period. I am on salary pay and my checks
are always the same every month. Irecently started a part time job, with my paycheck going to the same account. Here is where things went left. Im guessing that the earnin app started to receive the information from my part-time work and decreased my limit from $400 to $100 with no warning or explanation. I went online looking for a contact number for them to explain my problem, turns out there is no number you can call to get in contact with them everything is done via the app. So I went into the app and sent numerous amounts of help requests and emails and have yet to hear a reply. This is just a warning for people who are thinking about using the app. Just
know if you have a problem with the app more than likely they will not reply to
your messages unless it’s something to benefit them. Maybe when they see this
someone will make contact with me to discuss this issue, this is not how you
handle business especially when it comes to money. Thank you all for reading, I hope it helps.

Well, I started with this company maybe 4 months ago. I mean everything was great, until I started tipping less and less. I mean my max hit $450, but i could only get $100 per day. So, I guess I would tip $2 to $3, so that was $515 a week. However, I guess to Earnin it wasn’t good enough, so they started to decrease my income each week, so right now I’m at $100. They claim it is because of my spending habits, but if I’m paying you on time and leaving a $1 or $2 tip what is the problem. I mean the app isn’t bad, but be ware if you are not tiping $9-$10 person cash out, then don’t be surprised when your cash decrease.

I find it awful that Earnin does not respond to low scoring reviews, yet has the time to reply to good reviews. It seems obvious that this enterprise is solely based off of scamming hard working individuals out of their hard earned money. I can speak from experience as I have been using this app for about 8 months and even got my pay period max all the way up to $450. I understand that this is actually close to their Maximum cash out of $500, so I thought that I was being a loyal user of this app. I was wrong, this past month my pay period max decreased twice on back to back checks. I went from $450 to $250 in the course of one month. So now I am unable to recuperate that $100 that was taken from my bank account on both occasions totaling a loss of $200 with no explanation other than "you don't tip enough" which is unreasonable as I tipped about $10 each time. The representative I emailed back and forth with said that you must "pay what you think is fair" but how are we supposed to know what is considered fair? This evaluation seems completely at the discretion of those working at Earnin which seems to me like more and more shady individuals working behind a computer screen. I would like answers as to how they plan on managing this situation as I have used this APP happily for 7 months however this past month has been nothing but frustration as there currently is no phone line to reach them and every representative I have spoken with concerning this issue just dodges the question or blames the customer. If you ask me this company needs to be looked at in-depth and I earnestly WARN any new users that if they want to keep their money, stay far far far away from this company.

The same thing happened to me. I’ve had the app for about three weeks, I cashed my first pay out, and everything was fine. Here’s the issue, I got paid yesterday they took their debts today, and the app is claiming I’m still maxed out for a pay period they’ve already receive money for; and the best part is it’s now saying I can’t cash out until Oct 4th my NEXT pay day, (because I’m maxed) when I’ve borrowed nothing.

I’m a mom with two kids and dealing with two chronic illnesses which requires many co-pays for appointments and medications. While I try to budget for these things, it doesn’t always work out perfectly, especially when an unexpected expense comes up. It’s nice that I have a bit of a cushion that I can use instead of having to dip into my emergency savings.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I really wish I would have read the reviews before getting burned by them. I’m guessing my emails to them will be answered whenever... I’ve been using the app for about 3 weeks now and thought it was great. However, this week the let me know that I could advance up to $250. Yesterday, the app only let me take $50. I figured I would be able to take more today. This morning, I checked my bank account and the $50 deposit is no longer showing. When I checked my Earnin account, it says that I have already advanced $250 this pay period, which is completely false. At this point, I haven’t borrowed even a penny from them this week. After reading these reviews, I am beginning to freak out. Looks like some of you have been charged for money that was never deposited.

We will never charge you for any money you didn't receive. Once we send it to your bank and you see it post, it's actually only your bank that has the ability to reverse it. I was suspicious when I first heard about this company because it sounded too good to be true. You need a little extra cash before your check for an emergency and you can get it at a reasonable cost? Yep. It's true and this company is great and I've had NO problems. I don't need their services every single week but the times that I have used them it has been perfect and I have no concerns. I have been an Earnin member for a few years. This service in invaluable and has helped me get through many instances where I needed my pay before payday. Further, their customer service is fantastic. They reply in a timely manner; even on the weekends. Yes, I have had issues with cashing out, but most of those are due to my bank and not Earnin. For those who are considering this service; they are a legitimate service with exceptional customer service!!

I started using this crappy App 4-5 months ago; I got to a point where I had the highest Max Period possible; however since last month they started decreasing the amount I could take out, then every single time I log in my bank info needs to be verified; no ones answers your emails quickly and they dont even have a phone number where you can reach costumer service. It's a crappy app ... what a waste of time!

This company is a scam! They lower the amount of money you can take out but they wait until you have your bills already made and then they tell you your limit has been cut! You can never get ahold of the company and emails take forever to get replied too! When you need to log in you have constant problems verifying your bank information and then you can not get ahold of anyone to talk to if you’re having a problem so you need to sit tight and wait for someone to return an email to you. My son uses the app and showed me how to use it. I had trouble verifying my bank at first but eventually it verified and I am a very happy customer. Their support team answers me within an hour and Its not some automatic message because of the questions I ask. I’m sitting here reading these reviews and it’s blowing me away. I’ve been with Active Hours for months and while yes, I’ve had a few issues, they’ve resolved them quickly and correctly. Someone said nobody ever gets to a $500 cashout limit? I have. Their customer service has fixed any and every problem I’ve encountered and they’ve done it without any issues. I have been using this app for a couple of months and have no problems. On the app it seems to only update my bank info once every 2 days but I always get my money when I request it and it always takes it when it's due so I don't really see a problem with that. I am the type of person that if something is going to go wrong it is going to happen to me. And actually this is going really good. I was sceptical but with a sick child and no one else would give me money I was desperate. Turned out it was a good decision. I have recommended this to all my co workers. I opted out of the balance shield to try and avoid any wrong that might come. So far so good. Will keep using this app until they won't let me!!

Great app, I just have an issue with reconnecting to my bank every other day. Then there is another 1 to 2 day period for bank verification. I've had it a week and my bank has been verified at least 4 different times. Would love a fix for that.

I have never had one issue with this app. People keep complaining about they are cashing out when they arent asking to, im sure its because they have selected thw option to cash out once their bank balance gets to a certain point. I dont believe for one second this company is stealing. And in regards to active hours taking money before payday, thats because your bank posted your paycheck early and they want to get their money before you spend it. Obviously if you are using this app then you are spending more than you make or arent good at handling your money. Which i admit to fall in that category. So if course they are going to take their money when your paycheck is deposited. Dont believe for a second that they took money before your check was deposited. I do believe they take money before your official payday but many banks post direct deposits as soon as they receive them. If youre not getting overdrafts then dont act like you are. Thats why its taking customer service so long cause im sure you arent able to verify that they caused your account to overdraft. I 100 percent support this company. They are taking a huge risk by lending people money for free.

I've had zero issues. It does what it says. You can only cash out up to 100$ a day and you tip what you think is fair. I have lightning speed so when I need it, it's put in my account immediately. As the sign up dictates, what you borrow it takes on the day you get paid... it's a payday loan without the crazy interest, just a tip if you choose to do one. I imagine most who use this consistently may not be good with budgeting anyway so maybe that is where all the poor reviews come from. Get prism if you need budget help. Active hours... thank you! Always reccomend!

I read all these reviews and the case with me is completely different. Everything they have to offer is legit. My only problem was setting up my account took about a week i had some bank verifcation problems but other then that the app is pretty cool. It starts you off with a small 100 dollar daily max but claim it will go up after time.

I will be contacting BBB about you guys as well as my uncle who works with FOX 26 news in Houston Isiah Carey about your company it's so many issues that us consumers need to know before accessing your app and a lot of misleading things as well. Every week it's something new and continuous glitches, crashes, and we entrust you with our banking info and with our funds and you all make so many excuses everyone says different all these unprofessional screenshots for proof, no phone number and communication through social media. No responses for hours, or days. You all have messed over me for the last time and I have been with y'all for almost 3 years giving you business generous tips and all when I have a coworker that I referred who won't even give you guys over a dollar for a tip and I give way over that amount. The nerve of you all to make me suffer the consequences on your mistake how do I close and discontinue my account cause if I'm unable to cash my 300 that is owed to me according to you all I'm done deactivate and close my account. You all have so nerve seriously

I've read the horror story reviews and I'm thinking wow...I've never had any issues with them. The only issue I have is that I would love to increase my daily limit and they haven't increased it after I have been with them for months. They always send me the generic response about how to get an increase...which I'm doing but haven't gotten one. Other than the generic response to that question, their customer service has been fantastic. Fast responses and addressed specific concerns. People have to realize that that this is a free service and it costs a company money to do phone support. Anyway. I have a free feature called "lightning speed" enabled and I get my money IMMEDIATELY. Once you upload your timesheet the available funds are usually reflected within an hour for me. The thing with the bank not automatically updating in the app happens to me too. But I figure it's on my bank's end. So I usually just get into the routine of emailing a screenshot of my direct deposit. That verification does take a few hours typically .... But always within the same day. I've never had any issues with feeling like I've been robbed or cheated by this company. They have been solid. I have referred at least 6 Co workers who all use it now too and no one has had the issues I'm seeing here on the reviews. This service does have the potential to be so much better and even more beneficial for people who need it. Traditional payday loans are absolutely ridiculous.

So a few weeks ago, I downloaded the app, thinking it was a good idea at the time. Uploaded all my info, etc, and went to work. The next day, the app said that I could cash out $87, so I did. But lo and behold, that money was never added to my account. And now, after two weeks when I get my paycheck, the app decided to take out $87 IT NEVER DEPOSITED IN THE FITST PLACE. I need to pay off my student loan and this app just took a good chunk of the money. Terrible app, liars and scumbags.

Mon, sometimes banks will place a temporary hold on credits if it's the first credit you've received from any company for security purposes. However, you should have received the money within a few business days, unless there was possibly a typo when you entered your routing/account numbers. I told this company to close my account since it was taking a week I no longer am going to wait for this. I deleted this icon and I never got any money from them, so this morning five days after telling them to close this account they are trying to go into my account and want me to log into their site with my user name and password. They keep this info so they can take out what ever and when ever they want. they didn't give me any money why try to take money from me. SCAMMING SCUMBAGS that's what Activehours is. BEWARE.

Just plain doesn't work and when you call them you get a message that says "we've paused our phone support" aka we don't take calls because we know our platform is garbage and we're tired of being told as much. This company isn't gonna be around long.

THE WORST APP EVER DO NOT DOWNLOAD! I am currently dealing with a situation that I am rarely ever in. I found this app and thought it was just great up until last night. Now mind you before I begin this review I have not used my active hours since july 7th because they cut my max pay out which is very annoying. Now we all know how active hours works you upload your time card or it automatically does it for you whatever the case. and when you cash out that money you took is taken ON THE DAY YOU GET PAID! (Pay attention to that sentence there) I cashed out a total of 100 dollars this pay period with Activehours and expected to be taken out of my account on the 24th of this month whch is the day I receive my paycheck. Not only did they charge me 3 day earlier but they over charged me by 15 dollars. My bank account is looking at a negative balance of 108.27. I spotted the mistake right away and contacted them through email. Moving off topic for a bit I have never in my lifeknown a company not to provide their consumers with an active customer service hot line like really? Any way after waiting hours for them to get back to me I am asked to show proof of them charging me early I send in the proof show the overdraft statement. I am then sent an lousy apology and customer service person and shoved to the next idiot to get back to me "Asap as they put it. I have been dealing with this since 3:00am this morning and have had it up to here with their b.s. I am beyond livid and might not be able to make it to an event I had hopes on going to tonight because this sham of a company has the pace of a snail when correcting their mistakes. The flaws in what they told me are a bunch of b.s they know when my payday is and how much I have aken out. Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from this horrid company! You have been warned

Can someone please let AH know that their customer service sucks and so does their app, are you getting same generic responses over and over and over, "sorry for the inconvenience DM us so they can resolve the issue" but doesn't get a response. Or them claiming that your gps on your phone is basically not on or not working but you know damn well there's nothing wrong with your gps or phone. Here's what I'm noticing with AH, no one gets to a $500 payout, not that I would need that much, but I'm noticing once you do a payout they stop adding hours or they don't count or add hours for weekends. I'M STARTING TO REALIZE THIS COMPANY IS LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE....BS. I WOULD BE BETTER OFF GETTING A LOAN. LESS WORK.

Worst app EVER they can never sync with my bank but sure as hell have the right account to take back the funds! I have been trying to resolve an issue for 2 weeks and still getting no where!!!!! Customer Service is horrendous and you never talk to the same people. I have had to repeat myself at least 10 and still no resolution! This app and the people running it are absurd

BEWARE. DO NOT USE ACTIVE HOURS. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF GOING TO A REGULAR PAYDAY LOAN PLACE. ACTIVEHOURS HAS COST ME OVER $250 ON A $46 LOAN THEY SENT THAT I NEVER REQUESTED.
They claim they are a better alternative. But payday loan places charge u $17 on a $100 advance. They automatically sent me $46 but didn't complete confirmation on it causing over $250 in overdraft fees.
On December 30th I woke up to activehours telling me it was payday even tho their system had my correct payday as Jan 12th. I got this resolved but that night they sent $46 to my account automatically Bc I had the account shield on which transfers funds when you bank account falls below $100. 5 days later I see my bank account as $167 in the negative Bc of three $36 overdraft fees. I call my bank and they say the $46 that was sent never came out of pending Bc it is waiting for confirmation from the merchant. Active hours denies they ever sent it and says the bank must have funded that money in their name which is not only incorrect but impossible as it was after hours being 10:30 at night on a holiday and on the weekend. My bank wasn't even open. What happened was when I got the payday mishap fixed the system must have assumed it was a new pay period and automatically sent me something, allowing it to sent funds that exceeded my pay period max. I had already requested my $100 pay day loan which is the max it would allow. But they sent more automatically that I didn't request. I assumed my payday max increased Bc earlier it said it may go up depending on what I was paid. My pay increases so I thought my max increased. Turns out it was a system error on their part and they are unwilling to accept responsibility and have said they are waiting on my bank to reach out to them. This is a problem they caused and I don't think my bank is allowed to contact them regarding my personal account. Bc they caused this they need to contact the bank to fix it. They say on their website they will cover overdraft fees if they cause them but they are not. So after 7 days I got another extended overdraft fee of $36 causing my bank to be $203 negative. The 12th active hours tried to pull $46, $46, and $8 that I recieve, back from my bank account causing three more overdraft fees totaling $250 in overdraft fees plus the $46 that I used they sent me that was never approved this leaving my account $311 in the negative. I image they are not going to stop trying to pull money from my account and cause more fees.

I’ve used this app for two months now, and while it does do what it advertises it does there are still some bumps they need to fix. The first time I used it the money was in my account within a few hours, but then when it came to take it back out (a few weeks later) they said the card was invalid… even though they had no problem depositing the money with the same card. Eventually they got it to go through but it took a few weeks. THEN when I tried to use it again it says the account isn’t verified… IT’S THE SAME ACCOUNT THAT WAS USED THE FIRST TIME. So my account is on “hold” while they re-verify my bank account info. If they are going to do this every month it’s not worth the time and aggregation.
