Overall a very good product. I wish that you had more drill down options on reports. It would have been nice to have more training other than what you can go into the "university" for. I feel that the university is more for an "i forgot how to do something" rather than first time training. My initial training person, Felicia, was awesome, but there was never enough time to cover all the vast things that we can do with your company and reports etc...

I have been using iSolved for a number of years and have always been very pleased with their customer service and the iSolved platform. The Time Entry Grid makes entering payroll super fast and very easy to see if you make a data entry error. The iSolved support team is always very quick to respond to any questions that I may have. And they respond in a manner that makes me feel comfortable asking any question. I would definitely recommend iSolved to anyone thinking about making a move to a third party payroll processor.

For me the easy of access to useful information for my organization and the volume of useful reporting. I've been using iSolved for a few years. The paperless onboarding process is very easy for employees to manage and make changes. Their support system is good. I send an email and then someone contacts me via email with their response. My employees are able to edit direct deposit information, change tax information, and print pay stubs when needed. The cost I pay each month is very competitive and a good value for the services they provide.
