Big fan! I found the software to be intuitive and easy to learn the basics pretty quickly. I received very little hands on training when I took over the position and was able to process payroll very easily. The support from my assigned rep has been outstanding. She has been very easy to work with and extremely patient with my numerous calls for assistance. The report options are extensive and have always been able to meet my needs.

I love this software! I love that iSolved integrates it all together. We have eliminated SO many duplicate tasks and software requirements. I love that it can integrate my benefit administration, it eliminates tons of paperwork and follow-up, and interactions with my providers. I love that it helps me make my employees take more action and responsibility in their own benefit election and set up. Oh, and did I mention how great it is that I can have people apply through iSolved Hire and ALL of their information transfers seamlessly over to our iSolved system for Onboarding and Time Tracking?
