Friday, August 30, 2019 #71261 Sondra from CJSOC DO NOT ORDER YOUR BOOKS FROM HERE. I purchased the 2019 CPT book and just found that it contains 2018 RVUs!!! After 8 months of utilizing incorrect outdated RVUs and countless hours of EHR input and reporting that is incorrect! Optum360 states that it mentions it somewhere in the intro's fine print that nobody reads so there is nothing they can do! Nowhere in the description when purchasing or on the cover does it state hey here are 2019 CPT codes with 2018 RVUs! False advertising and untrustworthy source! People be sure to check what RVUs you are using if you have purchased and depended on this resource!!!!!!!!!! Did you find this review helpful?
Saturday, February 2, 2019 #65471 Henrieta from Thaddeus F Radziwiecki DPM PC Customer service doesn't deserve to be called that name. The company doesn't stand behind their product (coding book) with 22 pages missing in the bounded book.
