Customer service is #1 at Preferred Patron Wow! Customer service is definitely the number one priority with Preferred Patron. We were informed by the company that was handling our previous reward program that they were discontinuing the loyalty program in their portfolio and that we needed to find another one to pick up. Best news we got from them, as they don't really care about you as long as your check clears on time. Not so with Preferred Patron! Regular calls and check-ins during the transition period, immediate care of hardware replacement when necessary, and the program itself is far superior to what we were used to before. I would not hesitate to recommend Preferred Patron to any business that needs a loyalty/reward program as a replacement or upgrade.
