TrackerRMS is a web-based recruitment management solution designed for recruiting professionals across all industries. The solution allows businesses to streamline the entire recruitment workflow, right from candidate sourcing and placement to employee onboarding. The browser-based solution can be used to manage sales, CRM, recruiting and onboarding activities from any Internet browser on different systems including laptops, mobile devices and tablets.

TrackerRMS allows recruiting agencies or consultants to post open job positions on multiple job boards. The solution automatically builds an applicant database from the applications received and lets recruiters shortlist applicants based on the skill-sets, work experience, job location or any other selection criteria.

TrackerRMS candidate management feature helps to streamline the entire application cycle of the candidates. Recruiters can view and update the progress of candidates during their selection process. We moved to TrackerRMS
Pros
We really think ease of use along with tons of functionality is what drove us to partner with TrackerRMS. We chose to move from our previous vendor because they kept raising their price. After reviewing and testing TrackerRMS we realized we are not losing any functionality and getting a better deal on pricing. The transition from our old vendor to TrackerRMS has been seamless as well. Their staff is very meticulous about migrating data and making it work exactly the way you want after the move is done.

Super Efficient

For Recruiters By Recruiters
Willing to get creative to make sure we don't have to change 20 years of workflow to fit them - they are intent on fitting us, which is excellent.
Pros
The team dealt with a LOT of resistance from our previous ATS/CRM, which had a ton of personalized/created fields in it, and they did a super job with the migration. Looking forward to the new edition as well. Their executive has been great, and has handled questions flying at her from all directions with patience and understanding.

Very strong CRM/ATS system
Very good implementation and client support team. They're responsive when we have issues or want to make a change to the system.
Pros
TrackerRMS is a far more sophisticated and powerful CRM/ATS system than any other web-based systems that I've tested. It offers excellent client and contract tracking capabilities. It also effectively organizes candidates for easy access and quick searches on skill sets.

Patient and problem solving during conversion from another horrible ATS
TrackerRMS has definitely allowed our Recruiting workflow and process to become faster and more efficient thus far... Great job!!

TrackerRMS's conversion team is wonderful to work with. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get our data from the other horrible ATS platform and integrated correctly into TrackerRMS. It was a painful process, but not because of Tracker. Tracker did everything they could to make it as easy on me as possible.

The transparency across the team is great if you set up the reports properly and build out dashboards.

This program is web based, which is wonderful and can be accessed at any time. All the information is there, at any given time and available. The ease and functionality of this product is very reassuring. However the best review I can give is in regards to my customer service. One of the customer rep is and has been amazing. She is attentive and reacts and replies immediately with help to any issue I have had. She genuinely cares about taking care of her customers and is exceptional at what she does. I am grateful she is my Client Manager. I have zero concern when I place a ticket or email her that I will not get a response and resolution basically immediately. She is simply wonderful.

Great change from Bullhorn!
Tracker's customer service is personal, professional and very quick. They care about our success with their system and have made many adjustments to fit our needs.
Pros
Our team would agree that one of the largest benefits in Tracker is the ease of work flow and the power of the templates. For example if you are sending a contract to a client once you have placed a consultant, the template will not only send the email with the agreement, but it will also update the job work flow as well as the candidate work flow and close the job all in one step. It keeps our system much cleaner than before.

The team at TrackerRMS has thought of just about everything for their CRM. You can tell the system was designed by professionals that have expert level knowledge with the staffing/consulting industry because every function has a purpose. What separates them is their customer service though. Everyone who I've interacted with at TrackerRMS has exhibited a true vested interest in our success. The experience is always great
Customer support has been very helpful and it is a great pleasure to speak with her, she is always ready to help and always with good energy and lots of patience.
Pros
I'm still learning about the product, but it seems to be easy to use and straight forward. It has excellent features and allows you to track the emails to the system, create new contacts from outlook, which save an incredibly amount of time. It also has metrics and analytics features to track performance and create reports as well as help us have a lot of information for our advantage.

Excellent transition!
A few years ago, we bought in to a system and pulled out mid-migration due to inefficiencies and lack of customer support. This left me very discouraged. It took me a few years to even consider making a change, again. Walking in to TrackerRMS, I have regained my confidence in customer service. We now have asystem that will increase and make our workflow much more efficient.
Pros
We changed to TrackerRMS in December 2017. The intake and customer service has been seamless.

I’ve gone through a number demos and TrackerRMS was at the top of our list.

To date, I am extremely happy with the system, customizations, and especially the customer service. Our workflow has increased and team morale has risen. TrackerRMS has been a big step forward for us, in the right direction.

20 years in staffing and Tracker's a winner!
With my years of experience in staffing, I was a bit skeptical that a relatively-unheard-of ATS would be able to compete with some of the big boys in this market and they are not only competing but winning on a variety of fronts. Tracker has won me over!
Pros
Customization/layout of screens
Customer service/tech support is completely responsive
They take suggestions, listen and give all ideas consideration
They are constantly rolling out new features to the product
Cons
There's not much I don't like about it. Of course I'd love to have all the bells and whistles from every ATS I've ever used or seen, but that's just not realistic. Tracker has taken several suggestions and turned them into reality, so the things I may have missed with previously used ATS' are diminishing.

Fantastic features for any staffing model!

I have used mutiple ATS based systems before, TrackerRMS is the best! It has a fantastic Candidate/Sales Mgmt software. Everything from bulk candidate upload, excel contact uploads, lead and reference management and a very interactive and managed ACTIVITY tracker for each contact or candidate. Also the campaign/email features are simply great! In addition this product allows you to manage all the back end financial as well and has a built in timesheet portal as well. Customer service is fantastic as well! Customer representatives were extremly thoughtful and helpful!

Huge amount of flexibility with what information to show/hide from different system users - streamlining many of the everyday processes that recruiters, admin staff and BD reps have to complete.
There are some great reporting tools to help managers keep track of KPIs - again, flexibility here far exceeds many of the competitors in the market.
Although the company is small, they are very attentive to our needs, and did a great job of importing the data from our previous CRM.

Very few ATS' bring an easy to use CRM for sales, that is simple and intuitive that the staffing industry requires. TrackerRMS is most interested in listening to the needs of their customers to develop a best of breed product. Genuine authenticity in the business partnership.

Tracker RMS - a fantastic end to end recruitment solution
Pros
1. New layout to allow you to create any tabs and content are great. I have a layout for my sales team that is different to my recruitment team.
2. Weekly webinars are great and online help files are ideal for startup companies. System is really quick unlike others that I have used.
3. Rich in features from prospecting to placements. Job board searching works really well for sourcing and with only one system needed for all aspects of our business, TrackerRMS work well for us and integrates into our QuickBooks system so saves us a lot of time.
Cons
1. The campaign tool is excellent and whist its great that it tracks bounce backs it would be ideal if it could tell me which landing pages the contacts have clicked on

2. TrackerRMS is an end to end tool so it can be a little intimidating at first. The team were very helpful in guiding me through training and making sure I understood the workflow. Once you get the basics its easy.

3 They did not have a big web presence and I only found them though Software Advice.

Solid ATS system with great customer support and customization tools!
Pros
Depending on how good your internet is, this will determine how much you will enjoy Tracker. It really helps organize contact and client information. Best part by far is the customer service and how much support they have, they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Used daily to keep track of business. It also facilitates communication & sharing with co-workers.
I've used Oracle and Salesforce previously and Tracker is much more user friendly. It truly feels like a tool instead of a "management" device. It was easy to make changes that our team requested and the learning curve is non-existent. The only con is that at times I have to click on a link twice because it brings me to the wrong screen the first time. Other than that, I can't think of any negatives. This has made documenting progress helpful, and less of a chore.

Why I think tracker is not only use full but a great product.
Pros
What I like most about the product is the UI. Not only does the product look nice but it also is user friendly.
Cons
I quite enjoy the entire product. However, if I could make a change, then I would allow for different backgrounds so that the users can determine more of the layout themselves. This feature would make a big difference in my opinion because people do not want to look at the same thing every single day.

Excellent Customer Service! Great product overall.
Pros: Great customer service, easy to navigate. You can make add features yourself vs waiting for the company administrator to make them for you. Good reporting features. Cons: The system is created in the UK, so some of the language used currently is British English vs. American English. Needs to be modified to accommodate US clients as well as UK clients.

Good product at a reasonable price
Customer service has been fantastic throughout. Any questions that have arisen have been answered promptly and courteously. The product does most of what we need (our needs are considerably different from the average user), and Tracker is willing to listen to any future enhancement requests. If the users undergo proper training the software is easy to use. The biggest pro for our organization is the ability to use our internal e-mail servers for regular e-mail (bulk e-mail would still be sent via Tracker). This allows us to meet regulatory requirements regarding e-mail retention.

12 month Tracker Review
We've had Tracker for just under 12 months and the system has worked extremely well for us. Our main issue as a sourcing company was reporting and having the ATS has saved countless hours previously spent on generating Excel reports. Additionally, having Tracker as our database for resumes rather than using a storage service like Dropbox has helped us build a better candidate foundation. Some of the navigation features are not as fluid as I would like, but part of that has also been learning the system, so it has become easier with use. Taylor Dorton and team have all been easy to get a hold of when we have issues and more than willing to schedule time for us to do additional training .

But I was absolutely wrong after the team started using it and understood the features. It made our life so easy. Very intuitive and easy to use!
We were ATS newbies, so we needed an ATS/CRM that would would be intuitive and easy to use. Not having any experience prior with a recruiting ATS platform, this was the answer. It has an easy interface and has so many features that I'm sure we're just touching the surface of it's capabilities. There's more for us to learn having only been using this product for 4 months, but I would not only decide to go with Tracker again for it's use and service, but I would recommend it. The feature that stuck out best to me when deciding is the invoicing capabilities as along with it's CRM functionality unlike most ATS offerings out there. Good luck!

Love Tracker!
Our experience with integrating TrackerRMS into our 13 person recruiting firm has been really great. We came from a system called Big Biller, which is a very simple job, candidate and contact tracking system. It was sufficient for a time, but we were beginning to out grow it's capabilities. In our research process, we fully investigated 6 applicant tracking systems. Of them all, we determined TrackerRMS to have the best solution for our team. We spent a lot of time reading reviews and talking to users of each system. Overall, we heard loud and clear that TrackerRMS had the best customer service. Our experience with their customer service has been exceptional. We ask questions about how to do things, or where to find things, and they answer within 24 hours, sometimes faster. This system has really enhanced our ability to keep track of our candidates, clients and contacts in general. Just about all of our processes are now faster. We also have unbelievable reporting capability now. All of the things that we kept track of manually, are now easily tracked and quickly reported on with the click of a button. The screens and the overall look of the system are very user friendly. As a company, I think we would all agree that we would wholeheartedly recommend TrackerRMS.

Being able to have one screen up for most tasks throughout the day has been really convenient. I still have social media sites up on another screen, but everything else is accessible in Tracker. I can search for candidates through a saved job, email potential candidates and clients, share notes with coworkers, and even track marketing campaigns.

Highly recommed TrackerRMS!

We started using TrackerRMS in February 2015 after having evaluated about 15 other options. We spent a great deal of time evaluating Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure we were selecting the right software that could meet our requirements and equally important a company who stands behind their Customers by providing premium Customer Service. TrackerRMS was undeniably the hands down winner. TrackerRMS offers an extremely intuitive, clean, and easy to use design and navigation which was of primary importance to us to ensure our team would be able to learn the system without impacting recruitment efforts. Most of the other Applications charge per feature whereas with TrackerRMS, they were included in the base price. We have been particularly impressed by the flexibility and usability of the system.We no longer need to update dozens of manual Excel spreadsheets due to Tracker's customizable reporting.
Cons
I honestly can't identify any weaknesses in TrackerRMS. The best part is the TrackerRMS team continually listens to our feedback and implements upgrades frequently so all clients can leverage. We really feel like we are in a relationship with TrackerRMS and that says a lot.

Exceptional Product with Excellent Customer Service

TrackerRMS Recruitment is a fantastic system. This system runs like a well-oiled machine and meets the necessities for all businesses types, from larger corporations to smaller businesses. No matter how unique your business process is, and no matter what needs you need met, Tracker is built to excel for you.

Tracker truly believes in client relationships. Their entire development is based upon their client's needs. Requests, ideas, and tickets are not just read and heard like with the normal big name ATS vendors; they're developed! We have never felt like just another ticket when it comes to Tracker, because they take immediate action to guarantee your satisfaction.

It provides strong CV parsing using the top provider, Sovern. It's cloud-based, and we have a dedicated Server through Rackspace. It's SQL, data migration, and importation-friendly. Tracker flows seamlessly from CRM to ATS to Onboarding to Accounting/Payroll to EMS (Employee Management System).
Cons
Truly, anything with TrackerRMS that has needed improvement or development has been established. There's nothing to dislike.

As an executive formerly responsible for a very large scale deployment of another system, I am extremely familiar with all the risks, rewards, capabilities, and limitations of CRM software. Upon joining OHS it was immediately clear that we had outgrown the configuration of our implementation and needed to pursue a common operating platform that our various service lines and business teams could collectively use to manage their activities, but without breaking the bank! Included in the base product are functionality and features that you almost always have to purchase separately or pay more for elsewhere. And the TrackerRMS customer service support is quite frankly among the best I've seen. Before we started using TrackerRMS our process was very disjointed, we used email marketing software and various excel spreadsheets to track our leads and follow up. It was hard to track what communication we'd had with any one contact. So we researched a number of CRM options and found TrackerRMS to be one of the best value and the most comprehensive. We started using TrackerRMS over two years ago having looked at several other options. We hadn't previously had an official CRM system, but did have carefully constructed spreadsheets which were stored locally on our server. We chose TrackerRMS because it was really easy to use, the support we got from the technical support team was exceptionally good during our trial sessions and it had great functionality. Having decided to buy, the implementation was good - there a few oddities but they were in the main at our end and the Tracker RMS team were brilliant at helping us get things sorted, as well as very patient. The benefit of having the TrackerRMS system was brought sharply home when later in the first year of use, a senior member of our marketing team was off ill for several months. Previous to having TrackerRMS we would of struggled to keep on top of required sales leads and follow-ups, but having the system meant someone was able to pick up from our usual representative seamlessly. Having undergone full tendering processes for three separate companies which I chaired. The TrackerRMS system was adopted in each case despite the businesses having little in common in terms of size and market sector. TrackerRMS is a flexible and comprehensive CRM tool which provides flexibility in the areas needed for user configuration. Easy to use and without the usual clunkiness of some of the better known brands. The system has enabled us to launch marketing and sales campaigns without the need for specialist support or large IT infrastructures.

TrackerRMS was selected after a review of other potential products. We selected TrackerRMS due to the greater flexibility of the solution and the responsiveness of the support team. TrackerRMS replaced an in-house solution that had been developed over 8 years. Initially we had concerns that a package solution would not provide the same service, but after a trial of the product our concerns were ameliorated. TrackerRMS provides as much flexibility as the old solution and many more features that are really enhancing our business and the way we engage with clients. We installed Sales TrackerRMS for use by our sales team and management. The benefits were realised within the first month: Opportunities are now managed centrally with access from any location. Sales personnel can see targets and which opportunities need to close to meet them. Managers have a centralised view of opportunities developed with common metrics. This makes sales comparisons and forecasting more of a science than the previous guess work. Management reporting is real benefit and has helped increase profitability by freeing up people to sell rather than internal paperwork. Marketing and Campaigns are now all done through TrackerRMS. This was a benefit that we did not know we needed until it arrived; now we cannot see how we worked effectively without it. We now run at least two campaigns a month and can see the results adding to the bottom line. TrackerRMS allows us to target clients through defined campaign metrics, hone in on those that have shown an interest and then convert them into leads and opportunities. Outlook Integration is a real bonus and allows email communications (in and out) to be managed through TrackerRMS at the click of a button. This means that communications with a client can be seen by all staff supporting that client and management. The email audit can be seen per client or per opportunity allowing a full picture of the client and how we have communicated with them. Good emails can be seen from the response they get, TrackerRMS allows us to learn from our colleagues and copy best practice. The TrackerRMS Support Team has helped all the way, been responsive and helped with a regular webinar specifically for our company. Data transfer was our major concern and how this was going to be achieved. The TrackerRMS team made sure that all data was transferred correctly before we started using the solution. Any issues with the system or mostly user error are handled efficiently, usually within hours. The TrackerRMS support team is one good reason to consider this product and undertake a trial. The benefits we have from using TrackerRMS are clearly being seen in terms of increased sales and hence increased profitability of the company. We have therefore increased our licences by 50%. Sales and profit increase have been achieved through a product that allows us to see what is working and concentrate on that. Campaign information allows us to tailor what we do. Through running the campaigns we are seeing more client interest and more enquiries for additional services. It is early days with this, but I would estimate that the use of TrackerRMS has provided a 30% increase in sales and conversions.

Having carried out an exhaustive assessment of CRM systems based in the UK (of which there are a lot!), we eventually selected TrackerRMS as our system of choice. A really easy to use system that we can customise to the way we work, and not the other way round. Provides us with all we need and more, and it also came out cheaper than most. We've been impressed with the team at TrackerRMS and recommend them to others.

Our Company specializes in legal recruitment for large to mid size International Law Firms and in –house legal team. As an experienced recruiter, I have always relied upon my database system to assist and keep up to date with my day to day work movements; as well as my candidates, clients, jobs and future leads. A good database system is like your second brain, your on line PA and at times your motivator! This is what Tracker RMS provides for me, a system that I can rely on at any time, where ever I am in the world, I can simply logon and keep abreast of my business . Over the years I have used a variety of database systems, some basic and some complicated, but Tracker RMS supersedes all of the previous systems I have used. It is a simple and easy tool to use, which never causes any issues or complications as I have had in the past with other systems; and yet provides such a high level of organization and information gathering. Every morning, I can log on and see what active jobs I have, new candidates who have registered are highlighted to me, I am reminded of tasks that I need to do, and I can scroll through and remind myself of conversations recently had with both Client Firms and candidates. When a job comes in, I can search for the relevant candidates easily and quickly - moving from their CV, to my contact notes, to previous history is so simple with no long pauses and extra quirks, everything as a recruiter that you need. This is particularly important if you need immediate access to a variety of information whilst on a call. No time for long pauses as you move from screen to screen! If I need to check on the financials, the invoices or outgoing bills are all to hand and can be shown in a variety of charts to help me monitor the company finances. Every Friday I have to go in and make sure that the temporary workers have all completed their on line timesheets and then, with one click of a button, send it over to the Client to approve - from this the invoice is then generated. Nice and simple and my Clients really appreciate the on line time sheet facility! From the start, the team at Tracker RMS have given outstanding customer service. No problem is to small from them and they really go out their way to provide an extra level of service. They seem to understand your business needs and are always one step ahead! They also listen to your suggestions as a recruiter; the continuous improvement and development of Tracker RMS is a joy and excitement to watch! It is easy to update the agency website with new jobs listed on Tracker RMS, as it is all linked together and gives the candidates the ability to register through the website and their details fall into Tracker. It really gives the agency an extra level of professionalism and is a time saving device! Tracker RMS works well for the small recruitment agency as well as the larger agency. Having worked previously in larger agencies, I found that generally people were reluctant to feed information into the database system and keep their movements up to date. I was continuously frustrated by my colleagues. Their plea was that the inputting of information was time consuming, of no benefit, that they did not understand how to do it, etc. None of this could apply to Tracker RMS and, as the business grows, I can envisage that Tracker RMS would provide the perfect system to bring a large group of people together to work effectively and efficiently as a team. I am delighted with Tracker RMS and now in my second year of use there is quite simply no turning back! I would be lost with out it! Thank you Tracker RMS !

Our previous CRM system didn't have the functionality we required to cope with pressure of time constraints and managing data from multiple places. After trying 8 CRM systems against a criteria that was designed to improve efficiency, increase lead tracking and drive sales, Tracker was the only one that met our criteria. Since signing with Tracker, the process has been remarkably smooth, data was mapped and transferred very quickly with no glitches. We were looking for a software system that would provide rich data for business improvement and would reduce the amount of time consultants spent searching for relevant information. We also wanted a system that would document sales pipelines and forecasts and link it to daily activity - Tracker was the only system we trialed that did all of this. Getting used to using it has had some frustrations, only because learning something new takes a little getting used to. The daily training sessions have proved particularly useful and the support team at Tracker are organised and swift in resolving any amendments that need making once you get to know how it works and how you want it to perform. The best part of Tracker is that it sets up workflows that are important as part of the recruitment process, improving adherence to compliance. Love it and would recommend.

We started using Tracker RMS over two years ago after having looked at several other options, including Sales Force and other well-known brands; we hadn't previously had an official CRM system, but did have carefully constructed spreadsheets which were stored locally on our server. We chose Tracker RMS because it was really easy to use, the support we got from the technical support team was exceptionally good during our trial sessions, and it had great functionality. Having decided to buy, the implementation was good - there a few oddities but they were in the main at our end and the Tracker RMS team were brilliant at helping us get things sorted, as well as very patient. The benefit of having the Tracker RMS system was brought sharply home when later in the first year of use, a senior member of our marketing team was off ill for several months; previous to having Tracker RMS we would have struggled to keep on top of the required sales leads and follow-ups, but having the system meant someone was able to pick up from our usual representative seamlessly. Moving forward, the system has proved very valuable for tracking the life cycle of projects and for targeting new areas for possible business. The functionality is really good and we have recommended the system to a number of our contacts.

Templar Search specializes in mid to senior appointments, and needed a software which was able to easily and quickly capture data from CV's, manage all associated information such as references and compliance in an efficient manner, while also allowing easy and professional contact with our client base through email and mailshots etc. We subsequently went to market to find a system which would give us some bang for our buck!! But, like most new starters, cost was a major issue! After testing in excess of 25 systems we made the decision to select TrackerRMS. We have now been using TrackerRMS for over a year now and find the product to be of excellent value. The product offers above and beyond what is essentially a budget level price point. Due to the system being online it has negated the need for a server based system allowing me the flexibility to work from anywhere. The system has never been down and has proved to be 100% reliable. I have experienced some minor glitches, but am happy to say that these have always been resolved. Moving forward the system will easily intergrate into a website. I have no hesitation in recommending TrackerRMS to any new business looking for a system which offers value, flexibility, and reliability.

We are a small specialist recruitment company dealing with fairly large volumes of jobs in a narrow vertical market. We have been very impressed with TrackerRMS since starting to use it a year ago. The implementation was fast and easy, the training easy and flexible, and the after care is fantastic. Anything we have been unsure about has been dealt with efficiently and any suggestions taken on board. We find the use of TrackerRMS very easy and intuitive, it integrates well with our website, as well as external websites and software; it operates well in the modern recruitment environment of social media and job boards. It is also a very robust system which is stable and I can't remember a time it has gone down on us. The system is very scalable and I believe would work for larger organizations, as well as smaller companies like us. There are many features that we don't use but I can see would be useful for larger companies. We have been very impressed with TrackerRMS.

The team at TrackerRMS have been excellent from day one. Presale, the team spent time getting to know our business to ensure we had the best solution possible. During our data transfer, technical support and our account manager were always on hand to answer any questions and were focused on making the transition as smooth as possible. Training was great and tailored to our needs; and whenever our sales team have needed assistance our account manager has been fantastic. The user interface is easy to use so our team have been able to hit the ground running with very little learning curve. We have been using TrackerRMS for 4 months and are already seeing the benefits to our bottom-line. Our sales team say they are able to contact more customers and deliver quicker results. Our management team is able to analyse our pipeline more effectively and ensure our sales staff are focused on what needs to be done. As a small start up in the recruitment sector, I was looking for a tool that would be easy to use, easy to configure and had a great support team. I have tried a couple of other systems that just didn't live up to my expectations and then there were other products that just seemed to keep adding services but always at an additional cost. Since joining Tracker, I have been more than satisfied with the results and the service. I experienced the usual teething problems which 99% of the issues were down to me not using the system correctly and/or not grasping the workflow. However, Louise, David and Andy have always been there to help and everything has been fixed super quick and I couldn't be happier. The systems has never been off-line and I have had 100% availability. The upcoming features sound excellent and I'm looking forward to seeing what the Tracker guys can come up with in the next phase of development. This said, I love the product so new features will be an added bonus. I would highly recommend the product, I trialed and and found it so easy to use and integrate that it was a no brainer but it's the support and help that I have found more beneficial. We began using Tracker in 2011 and were really impressed with the level of support we received; the team are always on hand to deal with any issues and our initial migration across was seamless. The system is easy to navigate through and the training videos mean new users can pick it up and use it very quickly! Work flows make it easy to log calls, set up meetings, and send emails from one action which does speed up the admin and recruitment process. The on-line portal for candidates also makes submitting timesheets and getting them approved very easy and fast.

Before we started using Tracker our process was very disjointed, we used email marketing software and various excel spreadsheets to track our leads and follow up. It was hard to track what communication we'd had with any one contact. So, we researched a number of CRM options and found Tracker to be one of the best values and the most comprehensive. TrackerRMS was shortlisted amongst three other CRM providers by the Senior Management Team within Voicenet Solutions. After looking intensively throughout the CRM providers it was a decision that was not taken lightly. TrackerRMS provided us with a total unified system for every area of our business from Support, Project Management to Marketing, Finance and Account Management. The information put in there can be accessed by all if required, but the access and security can be handled in a way that gives all users separate availability to their data. Also, the support given from the staff at Tracker is second to none from the Account Management and it's easy to get to Account Manager to the Technical Engineers in the background. I have worked in the UK recruitment sector for 11 years in Executive Appointments, Business Change and IT; and enjoyed a successful career as a top billing Consultant, Team Leader, Manager, and Director in both large (100 ) employee national consultancies and smaller boutique firms. As Head of Interim Management at College Leadership Services, I have found Tracker invaluable since being appointed in December 2012. Having all candidate and client information in one intuitive central record allows me to stay on top of candidate management issues. When roles are received which need filling quickly the campaign facility allows me to contact all my candidates quickly to gage interest, saving me valuable time, removing the need to make unnecessary phone calls.
