I recently immigrated from South Africa to UK. I transferred my domains to Webhosting UK in February and it was supposed to be done on the 1st of March. I did a big advertising campaign on facebook and then on the 3rd of March I realised emails, site everything is down. Yes domains were transferred but Migration was not done... I battled from 8am in the morning too fix this. CPanels onSouth Africa side was erased. And no back-ups. &^&*^% At 7pm I started speaking to a new agent SANTIAGO K. And immediately he assured me he will fix my problems. I could hear that the was confident and understood what the problem was and how to fix it. All I can say after a day out of her... he was a LIFE SAVER. Went above and beyond the call of duty. SANTIAGO K words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you! Thank you!Thank you!!!!!
