Sunday, May 10, 2020 Verified Review #80086 Ying Sun from URI (1,001 - 5,000 Employees) Just talked to customer service on the phone. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Workterra continues to withdraw premium from my bank account after the insurance plan was terminated. They should be audited. Stay away from them. Monday, January 14, 2019 #64780 J from E TERRIBLE company. Do NOT use for your company's FSA. The site removed my ability to submit claims online and upload my receipts. Instead, they said to mail or e-mail it. When I did, they denied my claim citing that it was late.I requested for a copy of the company's policy and procedure on the FSA and I was told that they do not have it.Per IRS rule, any FSA related cost until March is still reimburseable from the pervious year. So how can Workterra deny my claim from last year's cost? This company needs to be audited and put out of business. They want to keep my remaining money for themselves. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you find this review helpful?
Monday, November 20, 2017 #56133 Deborah Layman from Fairmont regional medical center The website used to register for open enrollment absolutely is by far the most worthless piece of internet garbage I have ever come across. it kept telling me my pop up blocker needed to be turned off for the enrollment to proceed. I turned it off --4 TIMES and it STILL said it was on. What is that all about? How am I supposed to get registered? I have to rate your service as 0. 5 of 5 people found this review helpful.
