We have been using 3cLogic now for about 2 months and are seeing a huge improvement over our last telephony software. The 3c team is extremely responsive to our needs and quick to answer any questions we may have. The software is easy to use and the ability to see the IVR Flow Analytics is truly amazing and such a powerful tool! They are a great vendor and team to work with!

I have been impressed from demo to implementation with 3C Logic. Sometimes what you see in a demo does not always compare to production. 3C Logic does not disappoint. The depth of knowledge that the support team has is more than just the ServiceNow Fundamentals training. The seamless integration with ServiceNow is a game changer. Imagine a dashboard with real-time agent statics. I can click another tab, called Athena reports. This allows you to quickly drill down to Call Distribution, Calls by the month, or a Service Level Report. These are pre-defined reports. Nothing I had to build. 3C Logic has a product that thinks about all the stakeholders in call center. While our call center is not as elaborate as some, we were given the VIP treatment from planning to production. I could not be more pleased with our decision and look forward to growing our relationship.

3CLogic is a superb piece of software for call centers. Since I have implemented 3CLogic I am happy to say I have no problems to report!
