What is Clarity Wave?
Clarity Wave is a bilingual, gamified system for SMBs to measure and improve employee experience and workplace culture with weekly 360° mini-surveys. The solution encourages a sense of community by allowing users to provide public suggestions, peer-to-peer feedback, and rewards. The self-managed ‘Prize Store’ allows users to get rewards for user participation and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
With Clarity Wave, team members can answer questions about the company and its management, as well as about the individual people they work closely with. True 360˚ employee surveys allow team members to evaluate the organization on many metrics, providing users with an in-depth analysis of themselves based on how they are perceived within the company. By visualizing real-time data, organizations can perform a deep analysis of over 70 metrics across the organization, such as life balance, leadership, management, teamwork, social connections, and more, and get the full picture with Clarity Wave's visual Heat Maps.
Gamification features provide team members with an interactive, dynamic and fun experience that helps boost retention, productivity, and employee satisfaction. Each team member is provided with their own personal page, which allows peers to send each other recognition, award virtual Stickers, and earn points. Via the personal statistics page, each participant in the weekly surveys can learn how they are perceived in 7 different areas, giving them a clear perspective of where they excel and where they should focus their attention to improve. Users can track individual scores by Category, such as Credibility, Respect, Equality, Identity, Camaraderie and more. Accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards in the ‘Prize Store’.
The Community is a section where employees can share their ideas and suggestions, post and react to public comments, read about the news and company insights, and recognize and celebrate their coworkers.
