Love the Software-Not the Customer Service Up until now it has been great. However, I have a tax issue and I'm trying to figure out where the mistake is. It is impossible to get support. General Customer Service tells me that I need to wait for the Tax department to respond, but after 15 days of calling and emailing, I am still waiting. This is totally not acceptable. If they want to keep customers, there should be a 24 hour turn around. Pros Price, functionality, ease of use, ability to generate my own reporting Cons Customer service. If you have a simple question, it is easy and I admit they always answer the phone. If it is more technical and requires a different department, such as tax, you will wait and unacceptable amount of time.

We are currently using this company wide as we have several remote employees as well as several who constantly travel. We like the benefit that this is web-based and anyone can access via the link using our company code. Using TimeForceII helps us better show our profitability on our services since we are a service based. It allows us to run reports monthly and as needed to monitor hours worked on a particular job or service. We also use this for HR purpose of tracking vacation, PTO so that the employee can see the information as well as the automated emails to their supervisors approving their time off.

Needed and HRIS system. Did RFP's for several Co.'s. Went with ISOLVED. Implementation Consultant sometimes tried to tell me how to run my business, should have been my first clue! During 'their sell' asked about connectivity to SAP and financials. Went through GL coding process, their GL specialist, had never heard of SAP! Their Customer Service Model is the 'worst! I have one assigned contact, except she has 16 other companies, and has to send in work orders for many things, and then unless I 'hunt them down' I never get resolution. She is nice person, but SPREAD too thin! Oh, and then during year-end, they pull her off clients and put her into a client queue! Who does this during payroll's biggest time of the year! No sense of urgency for anything-including 'funding a payroll', or carrier feeds! Hullo, there are DOL and IRS regs I need to follow too, not just my Co, or ISOLVED! I am embarrased to have recommended them to my Co. and made the switch. . After 2 years, I am leaving them, and having to do this process all over again! Why? Because they cannot get a Customer Service Model that focuses on the "CUSTOMER"! With over 400 payroll providers out there, they need to wake-up and get it together, or they will never compete with the likes of the big gals...... Ceridian/ADP/Paychex. Thought I might be the big fish in their small pond...well, I am the big fish in a tank that is too small to move.

The system has no "Control of error" it allows duplicate time entered, it allows duplicate time clock ids. When processing payroll it does not alert you when employees have no time and will get no paycheck. It should say when processing payroll, "Are you sure you want to process, the following employees will get no paycheck" It will not let you go back and change a time card after payroll has been submitted. It is a beautiful system that has a great layout however the time keeping portion needs more work. My hopes is that when you call to make a complaint or suggestion, it is heard and gets fixed. we will see.. .. there is no perfect program out there... I am fully aware however to me what matters most is what they do with the suggestions from the people who are using it. Do they fix it, make it better? or just say.. "that is the way it is...." this is a make or break it deal for me.
