Wednesday, June 23, 2021 #95331 Jon-Michael Morris from Gubagoo (251 - 500 Employees) As multiple people have already mentioned this job is not worth it for the 12/hour they are paying to start you. Let's start with the fact the company LIED to get me there in the first place. I was told before training started that I would have the option of a schedule change after my 90 days. When we started our only choice was work until 930 or work until midnight (which most people don't want to do and is why it was forced on us). That's fine though. I'm new to the company and wasn't going to press the issue however, at 30 days and now 4 months I had no option to change to an earlier shift and was in fact told they would review it in July. (Alright, thanks for nothing) And don't even get me started on the 4 chats and unrealistic expectations. I was told by a supervisor that many people have alerted them to this and asked for three but they don't care. Also suggestions on how to improve the quality of your chats are ignored and not well received. Even after all this I still wanted to stay at the company and work something out. I informed them that this could no longer be my full time job but I would like to work out a part time schedule. Another thing that was completely ignored. They offer overtime but if you do anything wrong on the chats they snatch it away from you right away (when you are already signed up and planning things with the money). They fired me today with no explanation except just to say it wasn't working out. Horribly unprofessional. They don't care about their employees well being. Breaks are always late and you hardly ever get out on time. No wonder I was the only one to survive a 5 week training class because everyone else was able to suss out they are a joke beforehand, wish I had.Do not bother with these people. They appear to be nice and act like they are going to do everything to help you but in reality its all talk.Oh and as a side note they knew I was leaving them at the end of July because I got two hiring paying offers. They also knew I had just moved into my own place and made sure to fire me mid week so now I'm scrambling to find temporary work to afford my bills that are due on the 1st. Great people!
