Overall: in general we are very happy
Pros: It's very easy to use, very intuitive to end users and won't require a lot of training from an admin or management side. it has tons of functionality and automations
Cons: we found we had few business scenarios that could not be supported by the offered automations, it's unlimited which is a shame

Pros: Seamless interface; allows for ease of use and ease of communication / tracking.
Cons: Custom automation (rules basis) could be slightly easier when setting up boards

Pros: This is a wonderful platform. It has done so much in terms of integrating our Sales and CSM teams' work in one place, and streamlining our processes and access to information. I would highly recommend this product.
Cons: It's not the most intuitive product to actually set up, though that can be expected of a product with so much to offer as far as integration, features, and functionality. I'm sure Monday's team will continue to improve their user experience over time.

Overall: Very helpful, this CRM allowed us to get more organized in our process and provides great visibility to our performance.
Pros: Easy to manage and customize. Love that it is easy on the eyes, very color and fun to play around with.
Cons: More options for automations/integrations. Challenging to set up proper automations for non-tech people.
