It has done so much in terms of integrating our Sales and CSM teams' work in one place, and streamlining our processes and access to information. I would highly recommend this product.Cons: It's not the most intuitive product to actually set up, though that can be expected of a product with so much to offer as far as integration, features, and functionality. Love that it is easy on the eyes, very color and fun to play around with.Cons: More options for automations/integrations. Challenging to set up proper automations for non-tech people.
