I have had worse experience. From hardware failing (both drives of a mirror RAID array failed, resulting in total loss), from failed promises to sales rep placing orders without approval, to billing snafu's. To top it all off, every response is to blame the customer and placing the burden of proof on the customer, even after sending their own emails back to them as proof of their unkept promises. Wish I had not used them. They have been a constant source of trouble.
